Pops is a bit better now. Haven't really read too much into her tbf.

RC is blatantly off. I don't know if this is how they usually play, but their vengeful reactions to people they think are scumreading them remind me of LLD's play in G5. They're not playing for solving, they're playing for social control.

HH's response to their bkatant gambitry and bullying is strong and pure to me. If I'm being pocketed, I'm never climbing out.

I’m not gonna quote page 89-90 but srsly how does anyone think LE is scum here? This type of posting is so real. It’s not a scummy agenda it’s just, like? Come on now explain it to me like I’m five. I had LE as scum early game too because some of the postings they made was bad, it didn’t make sense to me. Hell, some of it still doesn’t make sense. But I was able to transition from a scumread to a townread. I don’t see how you guys can’t either.

I’ve been skimming and Maria pretty much did the exact same thing in HP, when everyone wanted to lynch Hellcat or whatever tf their name was in that, so I’m not going to sr her for that.

When scum!Maria hard defended her buddy Mylo in FH, there was almost a particular hysteria in how she went about it.

What game is HP again? Also, please don’t try to meta me it just doesn’t work. My style of play isn’t one you can really meta.

I'm going to be blunt: Saying "I think this person is scum" or "I think this person is town" is more about the social aspect of the game to me than the solving part of the game. It's easy to say, and there are always reasons to scum or town read anyone. Interacting with information is easy and it's not a problem for most people to make up fake, consistent reads.

What it's not easy to do is generate information. And scum have to do that. They have to falsify continually. This is why I care more about the reasons for a read than the read itself; reads, to me, are just announcements of "I think this guy is on my team." Towny -> "My ally", Scummy -> "My enemy."

This may be an insane way of playing the game to some, but frankly there's no such thing as a universal scumtell/towntell. All I can do is force the wolves to keep producing content. Eventually, that's going to lead to someone fucking up.
