The notices were different because it's a different type of roleblock.

The other one can affect the current day, so like if HH got roleblocked and she lost her second vote she'd need to know immediately.

Scum who is panicked and concerned that their game is blowing up in their face and wants to find any way out of it that doesn't include them being lynched.

Strong feeling that this makes Pops some kind of scum power role. I believe he was probably targetted by whatever he said he was, but he's probably just scum as a result and chose not to transform last night.

I thin Pops is a better lynch than CS or DDL (despite Sailor's claim) today as a result.
