Incidentally that is what he named both of the abilities, he named them Reflect and Refrain.
R/R's abilities don't have names on the CCG card, so that's a pretty reasonable thing to call them.

There is zero need for pops to be transforming tonight to use a redirect of all abilities. I do not believe she should be transforming and if she does it should be taken as a scumclaim.

I confirmed with GiF that the redirection confirmation message is contingent on an actual redirection happening.
I could try to make scum kill eachother or something but that's hard and not really gauge efficient.
