I'm looking at his play and trying to interpret if he deeply cares about surviving. My best assessment is that he deeply cares about surviving, too deeply to be town. He's willing to omgus kill me for his own survival and I don't see a plausible reason for him to actually make a progression over to scumreading me. The stupid countdown thing painted him as a troll slot and interacted with no other slot.

You shouldn't interpret survivalistic behavior based on how effective it actually is, you should interpret based on how effective the player seems to believe it is. If a newbie claims Miller at L-3, you don't townlock the slot for doing something that almost guarantees its lynch, you scumlock the slot for behaving in a strange way that seems preoccupied with survival rather scumhunting.

I scumread Elements like this before, he was town. I dont plan on making the same mistake twice.

Elements and Chemist won't hammer themselves, so the only people who might hammer are Hectic and Locke.

It bothers me that I can't remember enough about Locke in all the walls to know whether to expect him to hammer this. I can't remember Locke doing anything this game besides sometimes showing up and going "but really though?" when I try to build a townbloc.

Whatever between Hectic or Locke wouldn't be bussing will probably hammer this I guess.

I'm pretty sure I've mentioned that I was up for an Elements lynch and the only reason I would want to see Chemist D2 is for curiosity's sake so not sure why you find it so hard to tell whether or not I'm willing to hammer this.

Only thing is, when you get to my level of skill in this field of work, it can take weeks, or even months to analyse and surmise my findings.
