how does your voting scheme work? if I cast 3 votes does that mean each has 1/3?

No if you vote for something I take that to mean you're happy enough with it to lynch/compromise lynch it, so if we get to 4 votes on something, which is enough to force through all 3 desired list mutations, then it's hammered and we go for it.

Also, why do people drop the 'R' off "MariaR"? The R is the best part. I say it out loud in my head every time I read it. "Muuuhreeeuuuuhhhaaaawwwwwrrrr". I'm pretty sure the R doesn't stand for anything. It's capitalized to emphasize that when you say her name, you should strongly be overcome by a desire to roar by the end of the word, because she's so alpha.

So let me answer these two questions at the same time. I'm pretty confident that at least one of MariaR and Dunnstral are scum. Both have been kind of mostly playing in the sidelines and MariaR has been mostly in sidelines with reads since D2. I don't mind Hectic lynch but I'm unsure who's scum out of Dunnstral and MariaR and there's probably more scum equity in these two.

I'd posit that lynching just at least 1 of them provides enough of the information you're interested in though. If you lynch one, and one flips town, even if tomorrow is LyLo if you're willing to bet the game on that one-of-the-two theory, lynching just one of them copped the other one then.

Me being on the sidelines is mostly a motivation thing more than playstyle.
I think Hetic and 1 of NM/Dunn needs to be the kills because it gives us the most information going into the next day along with a high chance of scum.
If keep scumread in pops/nymph/DDL they need to speak up any reasons why.

No, when half is performed, the second half is the bigger half, and the first half is the smaller half, which is where you're getting it wrong. It's a little counterintuitive, but shown in the example in the OP.
