Someone is keeping track in their notes PT of when people sign in without saying anything. I used to friend everybody in my games so that i could see who was online when, and what I noticed was that everybody, town and scum, often logged in without saying anything. And when I thought about it some more it matched my own behaviour, too. I like to read while I'm eating my meals, but I don't like to type while I'm eating meals. I only type when I'm in the mood for it, and when I feel like i have something to say.
Separately, I check the games I mod multiple times a day, and usually glance at the activity overview. in some games that I have modded, 90% of the times I happened to look, the person who was next due for a prod was scum, but this didn't necessarily transfer into who got the most prods because this kind of player would post every 34 hours or so.
I'm not even sure if the "being almost ready for a prod" thing that I've noticed is just noticing bias -- maybe i'm not paying as close attention to all the times it doesn't happen. it's hasn't happened much this game -- everybody is pretty active so far.
This game was horrid. I’m pretty sure tictac only scumread me because they thought I was town in my other game they were spectating. If they’re mafia good for them but it’s still ridiculous I got targeted for meta reasons
It's important not to base your reads in game A on your reads in game B -- if you don't have spoilers in game B then your reads could just be wrong and then you're being wrong in two games. If you do have spoilers in game B then people reading both games can usually figure out what you're wink wink nudge nudge referring to and it can compromise the games (actually it can compromise things even if you don't have spoilers because people won't know whether you're spoiled or not).
If tictac is town then I don't know if they did that or not.
