The setup rolling system for doctors:

Doctor Roles

D = Doctor

DD = Doctor + 1-Shot Doctor

DDD = 2 Doctors

DDDD = 2 Doctors + 1-Shot Doctor

DDDDD = 3 Doctors

Since we've a 1-shot doctor, there needs to have at least one full doc, because we either rolled "DD" or "DDDD". If someone else claims doctor I think teacher can be scum, but otherwise he's conftown.

now I looked again and it seems that since we know we ~probably~ have at least DD, and there's 7 letter rolls, we have at least 5 T's or less.

It means we at least either have Goon + Godfather + SK or 3 Mafia + The possibility of SK.

But yeah, if we assume no double NK means likely no SK, It's confirmed to be a 3-man mafia team.
