Volpe's case seems kinda far fetched as compared to Wooper just being a cop that got a guilty check.

I'm inclined to believe both A50 and Wooper, since if they are both lying then that means they would both be on the same scum team which would be a really foolish move by the mafia. Either that or it's somehow SVT but that's also kinda weird since A50 is totally ok with sheeping the wagon on Teacher so that makes it unlikely for A50 scum in any circumstances.
