If you end up feeling really strongly that it should be awoo > TSE today I’ll listen but I think that awoo’s play on D2 was absolutely instrumental in getting the titus lynch through when it would have been entirely possible for him to push Norway there instead of titus and I don’t think that would have brought any negative attention to him really

It’s just pro town enough that even with my concerns around him since then, and a couple of things I noticed about D1 on rereading, he still imo shouldn’t be the lynch here given that D2 push on titus

not only was it instrumental it was also sloppy as I said earlier, if scum!Awoo knew Titus was going down at his hand then I don't think he would have done all the unvoting and deadline hem-hawing that he did

I was townreading him almost the whole time in that game, then it turned out he was a deepwolf the entire time. So now that i know he has a highly capable scumplay my paranoia’s reached the roof.

Basically on the EE forums people are suckers for "logical posts" and "a towny aura of caution" and I kind of have a reputation of being a mafia mechanics expert over there, so basically the whole game I just kept giving vague advice like

"Mafia like to hedge"
"Mafia tend to do X"
"X is a town tendancy"

When in reality I was just saying whatever was convenient to push my agenda at the time.

And then I nightkilled all the lurkers and let everyone with strong opinions self destruct while I sat back and pretended like I was getting involved in the arguments without actually doing anything. It was great, you should have been there. Anyways, no one from that forum is ever going to townread me again, so what are you gonna do.

Realtalk here's how you get around to townreading me in this game:

What did I do in that game?

My tone was awesome and super towny, so you know that I'm capable of good tone as mafia.
I manipulated the heck out of people by taking advantage of apathy and confusion and acting like I knew what I was talking about by stringing together logic that sounded like it made sense.
I avoided conflict and I let things contrary to my fake opinions happen when it was beneficial to me.

What is different this game?

My tone is still towny, which is probably what gives you big paranoia. Sorry, but some people were just born cool xD
However,
I'm not manipulating anyone. I've jammed and worked together with people, I've chatted, and if you read back on the earlier days, I was largely the one who was being influenced by others.
I've fallen into apathy/confusion myself as of late. Go back and re read that game and you will notice that I was literally never confused at any point. If I ever got stuck or my current push stagnated, I would suddenly re-emerge with a wallpost on why Daneeko was mafia or that Different was mafia or Kira was mafia or Onjit or Jawapa.
Instantly as soon as I replaced into the game I conflicted with mutant. Then titus. Then suji. Joey for a bit as well. Whereas that game all my involvement in conflict was posturing to make myself look good.
