Either in thread or via PM, the winner of said ability would alert me in some way that it's being used. I would then wash the vote count and end the phase in a no lynch.

From this, I'm taking the likelihood of a nonpublic governor shot to be high. We may want to burn that during D1. Although doing so with 40 people is gonna be an incredible pain in the ass.
