PEDIT: Korina gets unsilenced regardless of whether we have a gov or not. What is there really to say about a player who's been silenced.

I was going to force people to make a choice so that we have almost another days worth of info to go over.

Was the timer set to the timer for the Gov vote? I didnt check to see if Kor would be able to talk before we needed to have voted or not. If there was a gap I think it might have been beneficial to wait and see if he had any info. Like I said, I'd already basically resigned myself to be vanilla now and feel like I have a good foothold to play that way and still be engaged.
