I find it interesting how Wimpy is spending a lot of time talking about how Menalque lied but seems reluctant to go into details about what the lie actually was. Menal has straight up lied many times. Probably in a way to twist my words. I never said or implied the reason for my Datsi vote was because i thought she was scum. Me thinking she was possible scum came in post 67 but that was because additional things were posted that i didn't care for.

I never claimed I voted datisi cause I thought she was scum and I’ve proven this is false.

The 2nd line is menal implying I changed my story, however the reason I voted dat was because she was scummy.

The last part is tricky wording on his part. I never said that I didn’t believe she was scum. I’m even on record saying I think she was possibly scum. And probably scum.

Ok, I don't really agree with the argument of either side here - they are both a little on the pedantic side, but what I think is more important it the result of these arguments.

Menalque has been relentlessly pushing his scumread in a way which he might not have had the cause to do so early on as scum, and has done so in a way which reads as genuinely frustrated and believing in his read.

Wimpy on the other hand reads like caught scum who are desperately trying to wriggle free, and then get so far entrenched that they feel they have to commit to their counter-vote. I don't believe Wimpy's confidence in his scumread/s as much as I believe Menalque's.
