Almost50 pisskop: Overall, that's a townie slot. Don't ask for specifics because with PK everything can be interpreted either way. It's probably WHEN he says/does things that matter, so it's more of a matter of conception rather than solid reasoning.

I targeted Firebringer.

I have not yet received results, but it is unlikely they will be useful.
In post 8395, pisskop wrote:if flavor leaf is a lyncher and his target is ceph, then he is linked to a wincon of having to get ceph.

And if they share a flavor it will make sense. I think the game has a theme based on a real book.
My flavor is explicitly from a homebrew campaign, so not completely.

When do we think InsideJob was recruited? That may have influenced whether their hider claim was true or not.

Point.

@mod: If a cult recruiter had asked whether they would succeed in recruiting a hider on the same night as the hider acted, would you have answered? If I targeted a hider on the same night as they targeted someone would a non killing action go through?

I've been super laid back this go around, for the most part, but I'd really appreciate it if we reigned it back a bit here.

Cheers.

Here's what I think:

Menalque was probably recruited N2 because we decided his character (red-haired elf) was a pseudo-confirmed town on D2.

TSE was probably recruited N3 because we collectively decided that a) he was very likely town, and b) even if he wasn't, we needed him around to speed up lynches.

If the above two are correct, Inside Job was the N1 recruit.

firebringer not to be a dick, but it's six years old and will be refurbished in post. There is something to be said about not showing every card to the players and letting them figure things out on their own, though.

Do JOATs usually have an ability to hide? It's not clear to me why Inside Job's statement came back as false. Was it a lie about hiding, or a lie about Zoraster being town as a result?

In the case of the latter, I'd like to vote Zora.
Kind of realized after the flip, but in NAR the hide would happen before the recruit, meaning that as long as the cult leader is alive a hider can't guarantee someone as town. So, that was a bad guilty on my part.
I didn't end up using my ability last night, the day ended before I could break my post restriction. I guess I'll go ahead and break it now, and get that over with.

I would be interested in either a Zoraster lynch or a Flavor Leaf lynch. One of those is almost certainly scum. Was honestly expecting Elements to vig one of them last night.

I'm going to take that as confirmation that a cult recruiter would not be told whether their action would go through on a hider, which in turn implies that inside job was a N1 recruit. OTOH, ali didn't have a motive to clear scum Zor as cult, so Zor is at worst cult and we're really not hurting against the cult atm.

Results came through, I continue to have no reason to believe that there's anything useful about FB you all should know.

I'm kind of interested in the reasoning on why we should believe the FL guilty in light of the flip.

Im not a lyncher.

I don’t have a guilty on Ceph. That’s just how him and I pal around together.

We have a grumpy cat/adorable puppy dog relationship. I’ll let you guess which is which.

@Pisskop - There’s zero chance I’m ever cult and you don’t get recruited by Day 4....

TSE’s also much more useful to me as town than cult, he’s not a cult target if I were cult.

TSE was spamming FL/InsideJob town.

Go look at how many times I kept asking TSE why InsideJob was town, and he ignored me.

As cult, I don’t recruit TSE, I just abuse him as town.

Iso Xofelf please. I’m pretty sure I’m right unless she’s lying.
Considering xofelf is A.) Pretty townie and B.) Leaking info on cult I'd say she is a pretty good cult target. So I'd take the info with a grain of salt.
