It's almost impossible for Bingle to be CL.

Actually, assuming Bingle is indeed the armoured + white-haired woman who was motivated in N1, then he can't be the cult leader.

The cult leader flavour indicates he's a male. The cult killer is male. The person who marks the ashes in the tower is male.

Menalque was probably recruited N2 because we decided his character (red-haired elf) was a pseudo-confirmed town on D2.

TSE was probably recruited N3 because we collectively decided that a) he was very likely town, and b) even if he wasn't, we needed him around to speed up lynches.

If the above two are correct, Inside Job was the N1 recruit.
