It can't be the case that Wooper was jailed or rolestopped bcz his ability should prevent those from targeting him.

BB's fcop failure on Wooper can really only be explained if someone prevented one but not both of BB's abilities. Meanwhile, all of it makes far more sense if Wooper lied about his role.
