I also like playing with different ways of getting traitors to join up with their squad.
Like in Last Night Tomorrow, Profii couldn’t be kill, and if he was shot, a global loud message was posted anonymously, but when Profii used all his shots up for his role, he was able to join in with the Mafia.

Good catch! I hadn't noticed this.In post 9773, zoraster wrote:the flaming black sword killer both vorkuta and formerfish. Just saying.
This seems plausible. However, we also know that Korina's character (I can't remember her name off the top of my head) is a shapeshifter in Pathfinder. It's possible Korina shapeshifted into the Aasimar woman to murder FF.In post 9776, Cephrir wrote:

I'm leaning towards the sword being the runelord kill method, but the possibility of Korina shapeshifting and using the same sword makes this less clear. That doesn't explain the floating dogs though.
Imo, the snake person watching Chemist's death from the shadows tells me that Korina didn't make a kill, but there's still a possibility of this being a red herring.- Cephrir

My reservation on the wooper thing is: EP's push there is gross. I see it as likely to be chaining town lynches. With that said, I'm not townreading wooper and it's not a bad wagon. It's just not the slam dunk OMG THIS IS SCUM 100% people seem to want to paint it as.
if you don't think it's a bad wagon then let's just do it and get this over with. we have to deal with the slot at some point unless we want to just ignore Amrun's role.
This, btw, is exactly what I don't like about the wooper wagon. In post 9758, AaronFrost wrote:I thought this was getting replaced?
I don't like how this Icon wagon appeared out of nowhere. We need to lynch in Amrun's list. Period.
"There's circumstantial evidence that there might be scum in (list of 4 people) so we ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO LYNCH THERE AND NO WHERE ELSE!"
Also, what about wooper's reaction doesn't seem town? This seems like a perfectly reasonable response to the solidity of the guilty on him. He's lurking, sure, but so are half of my townreads, so..."He brings the cool and the muscle" -FakeGod

Sorry, catching up, but it isn't that I get members of the cult, it's specifically worded that I get the number of the cult in the game, so I think that includes cult leader because between flavour and what I was told, the cult increased from 1 to 2 over night 1. Anything that talks about a guard in a tower watching stuff and marking stuff is me. So I think the number I get includes the cult leader, nothing implies that they would be exempt from my ability. In post 9431, Almost50 wrote:(xofelf??) says only 1 cult member alive, so for my theory to be true she must be getting the number of thecultistsexcluding the Cult Leader.Xalxe: this is xofelf sometimes we call each other names and other times we share emotions

The thing that is wrong with the current normal traitor is that they die if shot at and also do just lose if their other members die. Also the name traitor is kind of bad for what the role actually is.In post 9783, Gamma Emerald wrote:

Going off information is always better than going off plain reads. You have information! In post 9785, Bingle wrote:"There's circumstantial evidence that there might be scum in (list of 4 people) so we ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO LYNCH THERE AND NO WHERE ELSE!"

Also, Wooper’s first instinct was to lurk. Then to be incredibly obstinate I’m figuring everything out. He’s lurking again, but I’m not going to hold that against him when I gave him a pass to do it.
Plus, we have the shenanigans with BBmolla’s role. There’s too much sketchiness surrounding Wooper. He needs to be verified.- pisskop

poor pieguyn. I had so many pages of fighting with them.beeboy - Everyone thought this game was made to troll pie but it was really made to troll pisskop.
Almost50 pisskop: Overall, that's a townie slot. Don't ask for specifics because with PK everything can be interpreted either way. It's probably WHEN he says/does things that matter, so it's more of a matter of conception rather than solid reasoning.- Gamma Emerald

You weren’t in the game for part of it though, so acting like your personal biases really matter is super sketchyIn post 9480, Almost50 wrote:
this isn't meta per se, though. It's more of .. erm.. a public relations status? The fact is I don't get a long with Menalque so well, like.. ever. he SRs me in every single game we play together, and I SR him back. It'd be really awkward if we both suddenly started to TR each other out of the blue. I actually look forward to the day when we roll Masons together. If I was a Cult Recruiter then out of the other 39 slots Menalque & DEB would have been the bottom 2 priorities for me to target. In post 9462, Untrod Tripod wrote:

36. Almost50
Like, the mere fact than Menalque of all people was culted is proof enough I am not the Cult Leader!! Furthermore, if I was the Cult Leader my first 3 recruits would have been Nero, Bingle & FL. These are people I know I can work with just fine. There are others but these are/would have been my top 3 choices. We're falling through space, you and me, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go...That's who I am.

Regardless of how well they're doing, 3p should not be town leaders. It's a basic principle. I don't know why you'd take it personally.A community that stifles dissent does not deserve the title of community - davesaz
