Actually what part of the self votes irked you pops?

When I modded undertale scum selfhealed more frequently than town. It's the wine in front given the wincons and how killing discussion with the straightforward play harms town more than scum. When a mechanic is novel oftentimes people feel they can try out wine in front and things will be ok.

Chemist did selfvote, but he seemed to clarify he was selfvoting to lynch himself. That's not

as

bad but still kills discussion.

In a micro that's D1 LyLo -1 with the administration issues this game had there's extremely real reasons for scum to lurk and let the game self-cannibalize the way I did to sweep Assassins so I'm really leery of the lower contributing slots, romance avian, nUbers, and Chemist

So I'm kinda struggling with this gamestate a little; obviously it needs advancing but the correct move would be to just policy protect whoever the noisiest town player is

But it's directly beneficial to kinda go through the motions and have these conversations.... so whatever

Does anyone have a reason not to just policy heal Bungle?

The more I think about this if I were scum I'd probably do something like PP => Bungle just because the policy heal play is so obvious but idk if this is a substantial enough consideration to actively try to outplay the possibility of scum trying to outplay the policy heal and I kinda just think we should policy heal Bungle anyway

"productive, then hit a downward spiral" is a way I could characterize your past plays, mayhaps. You started this game with "downward spiral" which makes me worried you're mimicking town!chemist and skipping some steps.

Do you project being done with finals and more able to be readable during day 2 or about the same?

Bingle is wrong that unreadable slots should be protected. Ftrbtw. But I know I can sharply disagree with him when he doesn't have an alignment so I don't want to kill the thread with an argument, just put that on the record and move on. He's distracted me with mechanics and then killed all my friends twice now, I have to keep MD stuff in MD now. Even if this time it might be someone else kills all my friends while I argue with Bingle.
Pedit: I object to policy healing Bingle. Best characteristics is towniness+difficulty to read later, so if it had to be now I'd pick probably PP. Bingle is easy to read but good at gamestate control as scum, which I think he confuses for hard to read.
Id rather have the protect be suboptimal and have good dayplay than the other way around, though, that means negative attention on slots and FoSing people like you know what 2008 was like

i can give my full reasoning if needed but i'd probably rather not

of everyone i think bingle is someone who's well known enough and has a formidable enough presence as town that most scumteams would at least seriously considering submitting him as a delayed n0 kill.
there are other considerations but i don't really regard them as consistently probable as bungle.

I’ll probably share the whole move story in speezy or something when it’s over, tw, but yeah, I’ve been in the process of moving for about 8 months which is it’s own special form of hell.

I want to be protected n1 because then I specifically can’t be protected n2. I’m not going to be the player everyone knows is town at the end of tomorrow and I’m a reasonably likely nk in a vacuum. I would also want this as scum, but mostly because it takes me off of the lynch table for D1 and explains why I’m not dead d2.

Probably just gonna hammer the first name to hit l-1 this phase though because in the absence of someone like RC who can and will present a threat to scum D1/2 the first protection is largely meaningless. I would kill pp and ducky of the list first because they’re both difficult mislynches, which makes both of them decent p2 votes.

Alright, since I replaced into a slot, I can't say anybody would target me for some reason since I didn't exist yet. Lovebird is someone I dont know, but I'm just gonna pray they aren't important to most of ya so I can just survive day 1.

This is me defaulting and refusing the n1 protection btw. I also refuse the day 1 lynch but that's obvious.

Too protect, i uh... Theres so many dang replacements I can't tell who was up for selection during the mafia pre-game phase.

Lovebird, Chemist, and Gamma plus 1 I see were garunteed, atleast. I think Pop too? Actually I think I just want the list of people who were on the selection for the pre-game first.
