THE RULES

GENERAL

1. Follow all site-wide rules
   
2. Blue
   is my mod color. You may use it if you like, just don't try to impersonate me.
   
3. Outside communication with other players is prohibited unless your role PM specifically allows it.
   
4. Do not discuss ongoing games outside of the threads made for this game. Do not discuss other ongoing games in this thread.
   
5. Do not quote private communication. This includes Role PMs, investigation results, PT messages, etc. You may paraphrase if needed.
   
6. Once you are dead, you may no longer post in the thread except for one 'Bah' post that must not contain of any game content.
   
7. Do not use any tiny/hidden/cryptic or otherwise illegible text. Breadcrumbing is allowed.
   
8. Do not use provable randomness. Saying 'I rolled the dice or flipped a coin' is acceptable. Posting a screenshot of random.org or using dice tags is not.
   
9. Don't be a dick. Mafia can get heated at times, but insults, harassment and toxicity will not be tolerated. Attack the play, not the player.
   
10. Play to your win condition. Don't throw the game just because you didn't get the role you wanted.
    
11. Remember, this is a game. So have fun!

ACTIVITY & DEADLINES

1. If a player has not posted in 48 hours, they will be prodded. You will have 24 hours to respond to your prod before I seek replacement.
   
2. If you are prodded 3 total times, or 2 in a single game day, you will subject to immediate replacement at my discretion.
   
3. Prod dodge posts will not reset the prod timer unless the post has some game content in it.
   
4. If you anticipate being gone longer than 48 hours, then you may declare V/LA in the thread or use the V/LA tags.
   
5. Players on V/LA status will be prodded after 72 hours of inactivity and will have 48 hours to respond to their prod.
   
6. Days 1-2 will have a deadline of 10 days. Day 3 onwards will have a deadline of 7 days. Nights will have a deadline of 48 hours.

VOTING, LYNCHING & NIGHT ACTIONS

1. Vote may either use vote tags (VOTE: AaronFrost) or bold tags (
   Vote: AaronFrost
   ). Strong preference for vote tags. Unvoting is not required, but it is helpful.
   
2. Don't play tricks on me. If I think it's a vote, I'll count it as such. Abbreviations are fine as long as it's clear who you're voting for.
   
3. A lynch occurs when a majority of players (50% + 1 rounded down) vote for a player to be lynched.
   
4. Once a majority lynch is reached, the game enters Twilight and any votes and unvotes that follow will not count.
   
5. If a majority lynch is not reached by the end of the deadline, then there will be no lynch.
   
6. Night actions may be submitted either through PM or PT if you have access to one.
   
7. If you do not submit an action by the time day starts, you will forfeit your night action.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. Punishment for breaking the rules will depend on the severity of the rule broken. Modkills will only be used in extreme circumstances.
   
2. If you are modkilled, your role will be changed to
   Neutral Survivor
   therefore making it impossible for you to win.
   
3. If I make any mistakes or you need to get my attention, make sure you bold it so that I can see it. Putting the request on it's own line is helpful as well.
   
4. Do not abuse any loopholes that you may find in my ruleset. I also reserve the right to add, modify and delete rules as I see necessary.
