I am considering Ari is a tmi scumread from RC and Bella is a TMI townread. It’s a minor thing but if voting Ari is so useless he wouldn’t be scared/not do it but he is. And he doesn’t vote. He just posts.

current thinking is that all of the people getting townread by any significant # of people {RC, Math, TW, Skitter30, Teacher, RCE} are town and that scum are all in the remainder.
decided to 180 on TW because honestly I don't think this is how he engages with the Skitter situation as scum, does scum him really try to keep open a Skitter mislynch, and w/e
I also personally think Bella is town but my reasoning for that is not strong enough to put her in that list at this time + I want to give a list that has no divisive inclusions

my original assessment of his slot was that the pathological disrespect for my reads was similar to Jingle's mini newbie but this feels deeper and I don't think that scum!TW would simultaneously keep me out of the lynchpool and make an enemy of me in a way that would make me a lot more receptive to scumreading him.

MathBlade I'm trusting y'all on + I really need a townread who is actually engaging with me a la Shana in BP or I'm simply not going to function in this game.

Teacher's back off of Skitter hard hard townpinged me; it didn't feel like a scum back off at all, it felt like the kind of thing that town do that get scumread but that scum simply wouldn't do because they would know they'd get scumread for it, I think he would have softened it rather than just nah i'm outtie.

Skitter30 everything I've already said holds.

RCE just, like, idk. He's absolutely my personal error vector in this list and I'd be open to reconsidering him later but I don't have a reason to scumread him and I think I would if he were scum.

Tris I'd mostly a meta tone read. The way she omgus voted Math is reminiscent of her townplay in Port Arthur when scum pushed for her mislynch early.

that is one of the games that contributes to my experiences of scum trying to mislynch me. although, as my interactions with math continued, it did seem to be possibly different here. as i think i said days ago i'll have to review that.

I ask because while your initial post about the party hat was innocuous, your responses to Math calling it out were a little less so. I could see it from a newbie or someone like Nancy Drew (sorry my compadre but it's apt and I know you understand) who is more likely to take things more emotionally or personally on a quick read. You seemed a lot more ruffled by Math than you needed to be.

I think this a decent start to the game and have a few decent reads already, which is nice

I read it the opposite way, feels like an artificial way of making the decision about a tone read look logical and impartial.

I liked how he saw things about my behavior he thought might be scummy depending on how i am as a player, and so he interrogated me to figure out what the case was.

I don't know exactly what to make of skitter, like I mostly agree with her views on a lot of things and her reasoning is all quite *reasonable* but I don't know enough to say if that impression should give other than a null read on her right now

if that's all you get from skitter, then that means she's probably scum. I find that when she's town, she has a little extra that comes through. that said, i think i saw a bit of town early on, but i'm not sure. it will of course be more clear when i've seen her post more.
