Using a game where I could pick my alignment and was basically known I'd only pick scum or 3rd party isn't a good baseline.

Either, town claim PR or not PR. Scum have to decide who is CCing without knowing who their up against. Pros: 2 conftown or only one loose scum. Cons: Both PRs are outed

We all announce our neighbors. Only doc is outed. Only one conftown. Scum can't lie about their neighbors. Neighbor cop exists as an IC.

yea, only doc outs if we do it. Though the phone operator gets to become a lie detector. But since since i doubt any scum would lie and the scum pt isnt a 'hood' they dont really gain much.
