let me show you a statistical argument of just sheeping someone

given a random slot, they have a 13/17 chance of rolling town

all you have to assume that they have an above 50% reads rate by lynch which is very much possible

therefore assume they are town and multiple the 50% reads rate minimum to have a 13/34 chance of hitting scum or ~38%

your wheel has a 4/17 or 23% chance of hitting scum

just moral of the story is go and research some players and auto sheep them

I think I've brushed more of your points aside because I know you're basically competent and I don't really feel like I should have to explain why scummy posts are scummy to you. It feels like you're nagging me for explanations rather than really trying to solve me atm, or for that matter solve with me, like you're not really trying to get a better read of the people I'm talking about but rather just sort of complaining that I'm not doing things the way you think I should be doing them. You're like "explain this and explain this and explain this" but your own reads seem pretty meh and you're basically arguing I shouldn't be scumreading people you have as null because my gut sense is different than your gut sense.

I'm almost inclined to say that this is too superficial to come from town Dunn. I'm working on a PoE and I have two people as scumreads, I'm not preflipping either as scum even if I don't hate my solve. I don't really see this as an inconsistency given how fluid the gamestate is, and I'm not assuming I'm 4/4 right now, in fact I just indicated I'm at this point hoping to be at least 2+

this feels more like "nagging" and "whiny" rather than something to actually complain about from a town POV? or is this what you're saying is a "legitimate concern"?

I just hit this post and I'd like to reiterate that it's literally impossible for S+W and me to be the same alignment because the duck will always immediately draft the other when alisae drafts one of us (and even if SS did the draft, I imagine they mindmelded on this beforehand and this would likely come up with how high profile we are and his general familiarity with us)

we've hydra'd so many times this past year that we are very familiar with each other's town games and it's a huge risk of having whoever is scum in this duo be caught near immediately

What about our read on your slot?

I don't understand. It's suicidal coming from Krazy specifically because he understands my towngame better than any other player on the site, via having something around eight hydra games with me over the past year. Because of this, he is by far the most likely to tell when I'm simply not town. On top of that, he's very unlikely to ever let that go if he realizes that I'm scum, and is going to be endlessly pushing for votes or to have me slip in ways that other people are more likely to pick up on.

I don't believe you either have that same level of proficiency at reading me, nor are that strong of a pressure point when you do scumread me. MariaR does become a pressure point when she is scumreading me, but I suspect she's not disproportionately more likely to be able to read me accurately than I am her, and I've stated multiple times in the past that I don't understand her playstyle enough to be able to tell the difference between alignments consistently.
