I think it’s probably RR. Insomnia brought up the idea of them being scum along with Oka and Gobbledygook town.

This brings back to Hectic/AF, my mason buddies from day 1. I half think “of course I mason claimed with a scum”, so that’s possible.

But I think one of TSE/Chemist/Amrun have a chance.
