Ame is null leaning scum for me because some of their stuff seems super agenda-driven but that could just be the methodical way they play.

But like I said before, I have three townreads, and if they're all right, we can win by heavening them. If they're NOT all right, I want to know sooner rather than later. So I don't want to heaven a question mark.

All throughout yesterday you seemed very focused on getting people to agree with your reads and vote with you. Whereas I don't see you trying to understand other people's reads or work together with anyone very much.

This is weird to me because I didn't feel confident about anyone with the time and pretty flexible on who I would vote if it came down to it. The only time I recall asking if people would vote with me was on you, and that wasn't trying to "

people to agree with me" it was more trying to see

there was agreement and we could come to a consensus in what I felt was the best direction. And while I haven't expressed them specifically, I have been evaluating other people's reads and taking them into account: specifically, the town reads on implosion, the town reads on Elmo, and I've been eager to hear the conclusion pop's and implosion come to on your slot as they've both expressed you'd be more readable as the game progresses.

As I said this could be playstyle but I think I, and probably at least a decent amount of town players in that situation, would instead of asking "who would vote S_S?" be asking "how do people feel about S_S?" Yeah you were trying to see if there was agreement, but you followed it up with "S_S has done seriously nothing." so it really looks like you're trying to sway people into agreeing with you.

Another example would be 825, where you seemed pretty deadset on lynching anyone that wasn't wooper (though I don't think you ever came out and said that). I said a LOT of interesting things during those few hours before deadline and I don't think you ever really asked why or tried to understand, you were just concerned with whether we could make sure we lynch someone that you wanted to lynch.

That makes a lot of sense! I'm starting to see now. You've been rubbing me the wrong way because of the exact opposite reason: passivity / not asserting yourself. I think it may be a difference in personality as I've gotten these same things before [1, 2], the latter of which came from someone who plays in a similarly passive way as you.

Deadline hours I was on mobile and in the midst of TAing a class. I wasn't at all concerned with sorting you at that time, I was just trying to make sure my vote was being utilized. (I have since then been sorting btw, it's just been behind the scenes. I've spent the past couple of days reading through you, pops, and Am. I got caught up in autobattler, but I'm currently in the midst of G&R and G&RII).

But the first doesn't cover the much more important underlying question which is not WHO would you vote but WHY would you vote them.

I can definitely buy that it's a playstyle clash. You wouldn't be the first person my playstyle has clashed with (hi pops )

S_S seems scummy this page. The characterization of Ame is so weird and different from how he has actually played this game, Ame seems under-opinionated if anything.

This is the second time he has pushed a townblock of his own conclusion with all the empathy of a three year old pointing at a picture in a book when you sit across from her and can only see the cover. Implosion is one of S_S's townreads and he did not townblock implosion. It seems like an over the top way of demonstrating S_S must be town because he can presumptively mark himself green in townblocks but I feel like he wouldn't be that poor as town at making sure he was arguing something everyone would onboard to. The people out of the townblock will not subscribe, implo didn't state a townread on him, looker did not state a townread on him, Elmo I don't remember, but hi elmo.


I oppose an implo heaven because I think he's too readable day3 and too towny already. He might end up being a compromise but it just feels like it only revokes his posting privileges to me (and makes him a vig, which is fine)

I felt pretty disconnected and tilted by the wooper mislynch, not least because he's my friend and I actually felt really bad about killing him
