...either way, I think it would be fine to rule out a datisi/clidd. That makes things easier for a case on mara/skitt (at least one, not at the same time), so things r going well, at least.

My first thought about Menalque was a possible partnership with TRQ, in case he was scum. When analyzing TRQ's ISO in detail, I noted that there were very few mentions and interactions between her and Menalque. This distance was incredibly proposed and suggested
Scum!TRQ
only if
Scum!Menalque
was true.

What really defined Menalque's slot as mason was with Malakittens entering the game with a vote on Datisi. I believe that, in normal conditions, a player who has just replaced someone in a game with more than 50 pages will hardly vote in the fastest way, especially with a specific pretext like
''
Datisi is scummy because he was fishing for PR
''
. Which is why I felt a connection between her thoughts with an external influence, plausibly in a private chat (PT). The question would be whether this chat was
scum
or
mason
.

Spoiler:
I hope you haven't been bothered by me, Datisi. This arrogance, selfishness and impulsiveness are not my interpersonal characteristics, but the persona I am playing. In particular, I am laughing at the way I am playing this game, but at the same time I am finding a distraction from my boring and ordinary activities on RL.

Clidd, I just want to bring your attention to one point:

You traded the certainity of a cleared slot for the contents of a PT from a player that replaced out during night 1. A player that can't react to anything that happened since GeneralWu's flip. A player that cannot express concern over other slots anymore, or give guidance with new reads.

You traded a tool for lylo for the thoughts of someone frozen in night 1
.

Do you see why we said it was a bad idea, or am I expressing myself poorly? I really want you to understand why it sounds anti-town and crazy from our perspective.

And basically, if I'm wrong about Marashu, we won't lose the game. I will be ready to argue with every drop of energy I have to beat lylo tomorrow.

I will only be lynched when my fingers are torn by the speed of my typing.

Spoiler:
it's cool, i'm not actually angry at you. i think there's interesting discussion to be had here, but i'mma save it for post-game, as it's not useful right now.

Strategic use of certainity vs betting on a horse.

Tell me why you picked the horse.

I really don't know how to put it anymore. I just want to know why are you so eager to disregard masons as useless as soon as one of them dies.

Nature, that's how I play. It is not only in games with you that I took risky instances.

Do you want me to quote the games here ?

Ok, I completed my lynch sequence.
On a green mara, go to skitter, then clidd.
On a red mara, go to clidd, then datisi.

I'm kind of doubting the first one since I hardly doubt skitter would give her approval to such a course of action taken by clidd, so it can be bound to change. The second one, on the other hand, is more plausible, since clidd and mara had interactions plausible with a partner hypothesis, and among the other candidates I see him as the most probable in not opposing such a course of action.

Either way, that is how I intend to end day 2, if nothing notorious happens. We only need kittens and maras opinion on this anyway.

That is not to say clidd is a fixed scum, but that sequence takes in consideration every scum possibility I'm aware of yet, so I'm happy with it.

It's not necessary. Risky choices are a necessity in this game, I get that.

All I'm saying is, usually people value reliability for a reason. I understand taking risks when necessary. I don't understand being given a reliable tool and trading it for another one with an unknown chance of success.

Honestly, I think I should give it up. I'm getting a headache, and I think I just can't reach you with my concern at all.

I guess what's done is done and the only thing I will get from going on with this topic is getting frustrated.

You made me pass something similar when you played that lolhammer in your first game.

So I understand what you're thinking now.

Alright, I'm going to sleep. I take it that we're not hammering Marashu until Skitter comes back from VLA and gives us her input.

She will probably be uncomfortable in both alignments about me.

Even so, she will still opt for the Marashu lynch.

Lmk and I’ll hammer Mara. I’m going with the flow of her being scum now.
Idk I’m kinda at a loss. I think it’s more related to rl stuff rn now game related. At least I realized one thing I can’t join another game til my rl stuff calms down again. :(

(Love bring mentally exhausted).
No matter how high the stakes, sooner or later you're just gonna have to go with your gut.
And maybe, just maybe, that'll take you right where you were supposed to be.
