To elaborate, I'm saying this because I somewhat suspect both of these slots and I don't really understand where a wall townread can be coming from here when they've done nothing town, and scum are very heavily disincentivized to bus here I think so trying to salvage a buddy on the wrong side of early reads may be a solid play.

I feel like shuichi is near the highest content density of the game so I'm struggling to grok this

Essentially she is not considering her reads in totality she is considering her individual reads in a vacuum. One of her scumreads leading on another scumread in a game that heavily disincentivizes bussing should give her second thoughts but she hasn't indicated that she thinks it's important. It's not well thought through at best.

In short, the idea that townies care about the reads of other players, and will shift their reads to align more with players they're townreading and less with players they're scumreading. It's something I'm not sure I agree that people actually do -- I know that I usually don't and I think at least some players are like me in this -- but hitogoroshi and I have had a number of fun arguments about it (and I actually mean fun, that isn't sarcasm and he's a treasure.)
