I 100% agree with this. Smol Might isn't a bad lynch at all, but egospray is equally deserving of a lynch. I feel like GeorgeBailey started being more engaged in the thread when people started scumreading him, and since then, he (as Spiffybringer put it) is "doing the bare minimum" he can to avoid being lynched right now.

I see Smol Might as town that has a hard time trying to keep up with the game. I feel like if Smol was scum, they would have a better grasp at what is going on.

Personally, following this game has been really tough and I had to talk back and forth with Kuroko to better understand the state of the game. I still think the Blake and Yang duo is likely to lean town. Ank tends to dive head first as town which follows this pattern a lot.

ehhhh scum can get disnegaged and disconnected VERY easily. I'm thinking of Goatmeal way back in my game The Thing Mafia. A scum hydra that basically gave up and stopped posting and didn't submit night actions and got lynched day 2. Sometimes it is just that easy.

Okay but I don't really understand why you'd think this. Like, they did give reasons and explanations for their read they essentially said they wouldn't want to push a lynch on you themselves by saying "if this slot is getting lynched I won't be the one leading it", and they also put Egospray as someone they wouldn't want to lynch which I think would be poor survivalist strategy at this point if they really were just flailing around, so why did they do all of that if they're really just trying to expand the lynchpool?

i don't think DA is trying to sow discord; his reasoning seems somewhat fair and followable throughout his interaction with Silver Bullet. I'm referring to the part that was mainly about Flavortown to be clear.

Because DA was getting wagoned up and one of the viable lynches today. The way to counter that is to drag other people into the spotlight.
I don't think DA's reaction to Cappy looked reasonable at all; it read like a huge overreaction.

There are a few votes I've looked at. The first was Searchers, I've been over why I don't like it. The second is Spiffehbringer. I also don't like it. How cavalier Spiffeh was with his reaction tests was very performative to me. A lot of the joking I think has been made with the intent to ingratiate. But that...might just be who Spiffeh is. I don't really see a reason to lynch this slot. I didn't put a lot into #1189 being AI, just that he was right, but #1190 is much more natural than I gave it credit for initially. If I were scum making the first part of this post I would almost certainly try to put some commitment to it by unvoting. Spiffeh definitely knows the value behind this, even if he's electing not to here. The fact he doesn't suggests to me this is really just a thought he's putting in the thread. He also shares the townread on Searchers despite it being a lynch he could probably get other people to do the legwork on while he coasted/committed little.

I don't townread him but I have a hard time believing that Spiffeh won't be more readable given flips, and as town he is absolutely an asset here not worth throwing a dart at on the offchance we get lucky. I'm looking forward to discussing reads with him more, and I really don't think I've said that about anyone except maybe Nacho a few years back.

Looking at the current VC I think we're going to wind up on Smol Might but I want to go over egospray and the Equitable Androids wagons, which seem to have dispersed into implausible but we'll see.

Yeah I'm also not really seeing an egospray vote. George's read progressions has been consistent and his reads are fine. Spiffeh's 2624 I think is overstating the problem. I only see it in George's #1886 on Despair and it came up pretty naturally. I don't really see him going out of his way here.

I do wish someone that wasn't named pops could explain Disaster Artist being town to me if anyone wants to help me out.

I have no clue on EA. Both are asking a ton of questions and doing very little followup/translation into reads, especially Gobble. Titus's #2257 is not a good response to Spiffeh's push. The connection to the Smol Might lynch is a stretch that takes as its premise both of them being scum. Realizing that Spiffeh buddying is not working is much more plausible to me.

How much experience do you have with Gamma? I don't think I have seen you on this site the last year or so.

I played a lot with Gamma back in 2017. Specifically, he watched me steamroll/carry the game as scum on three different occasions, which is why this was a bold read from him. I have not played the game since 2018 with the exception of the recent Undertale S Open.

Back then he was an easy read. Now I don't think so; I have to either meta him or read Chemist.

I'm not really looking to go back into Farkran. Farkran has made multiple adjustments to Undertale, both from taking on a lot of the style that he respected from me in that game (most apparent in his references to working backwards) and in his attempt to be more generous to other players in how he reads things. I think he's town, but respectfully I won't really care if he's scum. If he spends the entire game focusing only on me/Blake, he will lose. Even if his tone and reasoning adjust, there are also some things you can't hide, and he can throw whatever he wants.

I still don't understand Nacho at all and at this point maybe I never will.

Smol Might's Chemist/Gamma mixup reads genuine. I can't say this is my favorite coinflip but if I really wanted a different one I should have been here the last two days.

If there's interest in a Foxy/EA/Flavor flashwagon I'm down. I have no confidence that Pine's posting will improve and xof has been entirely reactive+noncommittal in their reads. EA is above. Flavor I have no confidence I will be able to read and the one game I played with him as town he refused to meet anyone in the middle, ever.
