i'm a simple neighbouriser and i successfully targeted Looker last night

i don't think too goons + ascetic neighbour is balanced for the scumteam so i think succeeding on people basically clears them

i targeted Churros two nights ago - we had this plan in the PT where i would post "i wish i had a dayvig" if i succeeded on Looker and "it's a good day for a lynching" if i failed on Looker but alas he died
