I wouldn't even have gotten over it, to be honest. If I hadn't died I was almost certainly voting eyestott there just because the setup never makes any sense if he's town.
(And lo and behold, it didn't make any sense.)
Shame on a martyr claiming friends
From either perspective of &
vote to forfeit victory and Grant victory to mafia faction
What in the holy hell how is this setup even remotely tolerable it's absurd

"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"
Truth be told when I first received the setup I exclaimed to myself "holy shit this is townsided" lol
Maybe seal can give us some setup crafting thoughts about this one.
Wow you're so good at avoiding death and killing slots that are not part of the informed minority. Wow how are you so good at playing this game.
This setup is worse than setups I find soapboxworthy.
2/11~ is almost balanced
You added an almostcop
Then add another protown role.
Is this real life?

If the town faction unanimously agrees scum deserves a win can it go that way on wiki pages I'm begging

Sorry all, I didn't have the mental fortitude to do D5.
I think my play was effective in some aspects and atrocious in others. I respect
Oka
for his performance, I genuinely didn't believe it was possible my slot wouldn't get lynched.
Every correct read I had was either ignored, combated, or I flaked on it and went for the incorrect option in the end.
Scum played marvelously. Hats off to
Churros
, he genuinely had me reconsidering whether scum would approach the game the way he did EoD1 in retrospect to D2.
Aloratom
was also very effective and warding off suspicion in a pretty divided town.

Should've paid more mind to your earlier towncases.
You largely contributed to town's win in the end, and subverted my expectations on how you're willing to evaluate a game at different angles.
Yes, my frustration with the playerlist was genuine, but you solved the game the best way you understood under the circumstances.
So, even if we weren't on the same page through most of the game, it worked out and I'm giving you more credit now than I did.

And it wasn't really you or a singular person who caused me mental strain. It was primarily myself for not keeping thoughts in check - IRL stress as well - and the fact that this was a town that wasn't very cohesive. (I definitely didn't really help in this factor.)

You live up to your name Para. Thank you for proving the bottom of my 1267.
Well played scum. I think you have the people's vote here. There's no way I ever would have lynched Churros.
I was quite overwhelmed at the time, but I ended up regretting replacing out. In the future, I'll simply go V/LA until I know how I'm feeling. That's something I didn't consider until reading this suggestion in the replacement discussion thread.
I've played against scum!Luca before in a newbie game btw. He's pretty scary; had most people fooled but we won because of mech stuff and me surviving enough days as a cop.
Truth to be told, it may sound egoistical of me, but I think as long as I didn't leave it to Alo and finished it the way it should be with Eyesott lynch, we could have won despiste the setup. But there was 3 problems:
1) I was a bit overgamed, I had 3 other ongoing games at the time and just wanted this to end already, such a long game.
but more importantly
2) Paragon was making me lose my hair with their indecision, I had the very very same breakdown in C9++, and in mafia PT I said it was all genuine. I can't stand that kind of shit and it didn't help there was people doing the same thing elsewhere in my games.
3) Eyesott was appealing to paragon as a person rather than as a player, "Paragon I promise I'm not trying to pull one on you", etc, it's really like "really?" when people begin to do that, and although I could begin to do the same, I thought it was unpleasant.
Either way this game...has killed all of my motivation to play wolf.
It's always exhausting and no offense to Alo but I feel I almost always need to micromanage my partners, deflect lynches on them (thank god this didn't happen here at least, other than Luca that we NK'ed), line up mislynches, think about fakeclaims (if I hadn't claimed I doubt eyesott or Taly wouldn't be instantly considered town due to lack of town PRs), and in the end I often don't feel I can count on them.
Even with Oka replacing, Alo could still win this, I'm sure. I didn't expect Taly to replace out and expected Taly to begin to vent frustation and to be worned down today, but it didn't happen and Oka just began to hard town tell. While Alo just left this with a "Paragon your decision". All the effort left with a "well let's cross fingers?".
I know Alo may have been busy, and mafia isn't a priority to most people, and I'm not blaming him, but it's so sad to see all the effort, all the planning, to go because someone came in at the last minutes and my partner wasn't there to be a presence.
It breaks my heart. Again, I'm not blaming Alo, I'm just pointing out that Alo should never have let Oka outpost him to that extent and let Oka posts go unawsnered. There was things to say back, there was things to argue against in the night actions, but...
sigh
Last time I had this breakdown, I left the last job in my partners hand and they had more presence and pulled LyLo to us, here didn't happen the same thing but...it's not only about the loss...it's...
I don't want to play wolf anymore, and I'll not.
From today onwards, I've no wolf range and I don't care about my wolf games, treat me as an upcoming Creature.
I don't care about getting my win over the paragon-worthy players there is left and I...don't want to play wolf again, ever...
I don't feel it's worth it. It's always so unpleasant to need to micromanage things, and I don't feel those setups allow for mediocre play from wolf, but mediocrity is exactly what I'm aiming for.
I'll going to be very obvious as scum from now on, maybe it'll not be immediately obvious but after I flip in one game and you look back on my ISO, you'll see it'll be obvious from now on.
I created this alt to have more fun playing games casually and the unique exception was that I was playing hard as always my scum games for the most part (I did put way less effort than I did in my past scum games here but still), I've...changed my mind.
The unique anti-town alignment I'll play to my utmost is Serial Killer. It's my favorite alignment anyway (only rolled it once in a marathon though...).
