yes. there were certainly people who said things about clemency. My question is whether clemency actually did anything scummy. and my answer is no, clemency hasnt done anything at all yet.In post 773, Green Crayons wrote:

Oomph. By what measure is something an overreaction? I'm not saying you can't show it, but you're asking for some effort to show that the overreaction is actually manufactured overreaction, not only relative to the prompt but also relative to the player. In post 774, humaneatingmonkey wrote:i think that it is a good tell if there's an overreaction."This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." That's more or less the same reason why I agreed with FB's vote on Deimos, which Isis called moon logic. In post 776, humaneatingmonkey wrote:what does this mean?"This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." What convinced me most for the cycle vote is Deimos's wagon analysis. If you assume Deimos is town, I think the wagon analysis is the most convincing reason to vote someone.
I don't know, man. I'd need to ISO Elements before voting and I'm sort of being lazy and not doing that at the moment. Plus there's nobody else on that vote with you.

Yes. He's put out a stance on his scumreads, voted Deimos. Then reverses it all when he joins the most popular wagon Cycle men.In post 791, humaneatingmonkey wrote:Do you think it's likely that he's scum? GC, I mean.- Green Crayons

Also this is an incredibly sloppy hitjob. In post 789, NorwegianboyEE wrote:Joins same wagon as his scumreads (me + Deimos) then tries to get off/derail the momentum on cycle men wagon.
Obviously I'm not 4/4 out of my scumreads, especially when we have no flips yet, so the fact that some of them are voting someone who I find most worthy of a vote shouldn't (and doesn't) affect my developing suspicions."This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent." Cause he was like "yo join me on elements" and i said no, but obviously am always down for a Norwegian lynch."This Court has never held that the Constitution forbids the execution of a convicted defendant who has had a full and fair trial but is later able to convince a habeas court that he is 'actually' innocent."
