I almost hard counterclaimed Fire when he claimed to have roleblocked you, and did soft counterclaim by asking why anyone should believe him. In the end I decided that if he was scum it's a ballsy play and he was more likely Town trying to draw the NK. I think he realized I was softing the CC when he gave me infinite Townpoints.

It's also why I think Zan's claim is true because he could be the even-Night counterpart to my role.

Well I don't think you're terrible because you didn't actually do something terrible. You're back to the person you were before that, which is a person who looks reasonably towny. Also Luna was town and she town read you very solidly so that's something.

In terms of Alch, I have caught up now and his claim is much more interesting than what I thought about his response to your fake hammer. But I can still give my thoughts if you really want them.

Town. I thought I’d have a better chance of stopping a NK by trying to guess the target rather than guess who would do the kill and I thought since Churros was the most vocal slot scum would see them as the biggest threat and try to kill them.

I don’t really crumb. What posts I’ve already quoted were me hinting about having Jailkeeper, especially my doubt on Fire claiming to have blocked Churros N1 because I knew it was me who did it.

I also called out someone for thinking we had a soft guilty and suggested a Doc could have stopped the kill back on D2 because that’s how I was was using my role, as a Doc.

The 2% paranoia I carried for Churros through N2 has now shifted to Alchemist, who has a 2% chance of being partner with FireBringer. But he's 98% town confirmed. Churros is 100% town confirmed.

The reason I wasn't NK'd in N1 was because I was defending popop

The reason Luna wasn't NK'd in N1 was because she was hard siding with Nero

Alch was trying to lynch Peter which was town

If popop is scum, there's no reason to not have killed Nero right there or in N2

if Nero is scum who exactly are his most likely partners outside of [profi, popop] anyway?

I guess we were on the right side since the start and it's a shame we claimed when we didn't need to, but it happens.
