And do you think you've ever been over-explanatory as town before? If so, would you mind providing an example? The reason why I think overdefensiveness is scummy is that it indicates a sense of self-consciousness which scum are more inclined to have. However, I do think there are situations where town feel that way as well. Do you think you are able to determine what caused you to react that way? Also for the record, I am using 'overdefensiveness' to mean a response that has greater intensity than what would be expected from what is being reacted to. So it is not the case that I am looking for examples of you simply posting at length, I am looking for an example of you reacting as such when it was not warranted. probably have. dunno if i remember specific examples. i remember in the last blitz i was bugging hiraki about why didn't he like my posts. i don't like people scumreading me for stupid reasons and am gonna act defensive about it. ye sure overdefensiveness *can* be scum indicative but i think it depends on person to person. some try to sweep the suspicion on them under the carpet and pretend it doesn't exist. some react defensively.

i think some points on why the claim is suspicious have already been brought up and i have already said i agree with them but i'm not insane enough to push a mason claim on day 1 so does it even really matter what i think.

i'm reading and i don't understand why Datisi is scum for being overdefensive. i don't think that's very AI. i can also understand his disbelief of Umlaut and Hoctac's claim. They came from a very scummy disbelievable place, and that claim is undeniably manufactured. like even right now, hoctac did a forced reads list with no backbone in it. We just have to trust them now than later in LYLO when we have no more mislynches left to confirm that they're what they claim to be.

i think the more interesting part started around there
i was in a hydra this game (fishy logic, i was signing with -D)
where someone made a reference to saints which i didn't (since i'm not from us of a) get and asked for an explanation
bingle thought i didn0t know what supersaints were and thought that that made me slightly more likely to be scum (since supersaints were town aligned in that setup)
and i got annoyed at that and started explaining myself that i knew what a supersaint was i just didn't know the saint chant
and i think bingle remarked "it made you like 1% more likely to be scum but your reaction is telling"
