I like slot information and when I see pressure forming on someone it helps advance the game state but you are not a quiet slot so I don't see a particular need to flip my vote at the moment.

last run of the setup, we first only claimed either vig or non-vig to create the "pools", and later on when it came down to planning some other stuff fullclaimed.

I'm just going to throw out a few notes on what I think.

1.) no claims d1 because variance in PRs is enough for scum to hide in either pile without really being able to pin it down, however, they cannot both hide in 1 pile without being confirmed to both be in that pile. (at least I think so? I need to go over the possibilities. at least theres certain cases where it would become immediately apparent).
2.) n1 analysis will be important if there are obvious non-scum kills.
3.) idk bomb mechs but we can setup a slot code to make sure vigs don't all target the same person and we don't gain any info from a death. also don't want all vigs to suicide onto a single bomb if thats a thing LOL

(and this be clear). this is a niche case but its SOMETHING we can utilize if it happens, plus the vig in questiion would know they can aim to kill scum.

How does this confirm anything by having them shoot a SS (which we have to know exists) that scum would be forced to shoot or gungho on their lynch to avoid being placed in the hammer spot? How would you coordinate that without the risk of mafia simply expending their rb ability on the claimed vig?

I think the only way to "confirm" a claim like this would be post the vig shot, but nothing stops vigs stacking up on one target unless we come up with a system for it.
