It's mostly to do with his voting history. Drew makes the best points on it.

The case on Porkens is that he called me out for not scumhunting, and kept "attacking" me (put into quote marks for a reason and you'll see why soon), and so I decide to OMGUS vote him, and he counters with "I never voted you nor scumread you". And some awkward vote patterns.

That's as far as I understand it.
