Depends who flips green. People who have a lot of Non-Associatives with someone who flips green end up looking pretty bad.In post 1724, votato wrote:
so basically its a good lynch if and only if it flips red. well, thats certainly true, but thats also true of any other lynch on scum. It doesnt help us if it flips green, as most of us think it will.In post 1712, Quick wrote:
Yeah, Like I said before, based on my system, these are more or less rough estimates based on Town Utility/Town Equity. It's not really explicitly a Town/Scum list - mostly just a "this person has good content for Town or not". I realize this can be confusing based on what I have said so I don't think this is really shade on my system at all. To keep in mind, this is why I said VP is the best info lynch - because he clears like half the living players in the game if he is Scum and if he flips Town, then the people who he would normally clear are not going to look as Towny anymore. In post 1710, ready2rock wrote:
@Quick I took this post to mean that you were leaning town on VP at that point, but maybe I'm interpreting this list wrongIn post 1673, Quick wrote:Based on Non-Associatives + # of posts:

well, i guess it doesn't really help me or anyone else if you can't elaborate on why your reads are what they are.
at the same time, it actually seems pretty powerful to hunt for scum v. scum interactions, it makes a lot of intuitive sense.
Might give me something to do while I wait for VP to respond to my case or mavs to explain how he forgot I was part of the game right after debating me. (This strikes other players as suspicious right?)- Quick

You are free to play HOWEVER YOU want. I have my way of playing and it hasn't failed me yet. It's nice that you have the convenience of shading my method of playing without actually considering what I am saying though. In post 1727, CantHateAPuppy wrote:well, i guess it doesn't really help me or anyone else if you can't elaborate on why your reads are what they are.

Also, there isn't anything really saying you can't be Scum with mav or midway, which is also quite convenient.- Quick

I am starting to have happy feelings about VP. He might just be legit. Should we catapult him to Top Town Status, just to see what happens?- Quick

To reiterate, looking through your ISO there is an absurd amount of fence sitting. Day 2 strikes me in particular where you look to avoid a Blair/Gamma lynch altogether. Lynching one gives information on the flip. By suggesting not lynching either, you were accepting Blair’s claim but refusing to vote Gamma. And the lack of a flip there wouldn’t give town any good information. Even Quick voted Blair and picked a side. Even the half in/half out on my claim is weird. Suggesting I’m not lying about my role but still can be scum?In post 1727, CantHateAPuppy wrote:well, i guess it doesn't really help me or anyone else if you can't elaborate on why your reads are what they are.

Not exactly true. I sided with Blair - I just didn't want a quick hammer.In post 1733, mavsfan41 wrote:

@Quick: Blair comes out with 1153 where she reveals she has a guilty on Gamma, you in 1154 do side with Blair. That part is true. However, prior that, you voted Blair in 1010. That post is significant cause later you establish Blair has a guilty in post 1000 but side AGAINST her in 1010. This part is all sorts of weird cause that would mean you either: 1) knew post 1000 was Blair with a guilty but voted her anyway rather than helping her push Gamma and eventually forced her to claim OR 2) didn’t know at that time and forced her to claim under the guise of everyone already knows.
If you’re town, Number 2 I think is the most likely scenario as 1 SCREAMS scummy motivation. 2 is also weird cause it is scummy motivation but less so...?- Quick

I am typically VERY VERY PR blind. My only PR super power is picking out VT and NOT PRs. I could dig for all the times I have actually said this (and places where I have made insanely accurate VT reads based on so little information it would make your head spin) but yeah.- mavsfan41

Alright, I want everyone to take a look at Puppy and tell me what you think. He pushes votato off a meta read, which is fine I suppose. But that would be suggesting that votato is using a small sample size meta game to force a mislynch of Atarashi (who in that has scummier intentions?) He switched to R2R with a weird post (710) where at that time the R2R wagon was VP and Gamma. Then he goes votato in day 3 (post 1306). This time citing his day 1 case on votato. He skips votato completely in day 2 (No votes in day 2) then goes back in day 3.
I don’t like the small amount of votes, I don’t like the reasoning behind the votes, and I don’t like the amount of shade he’s thrown at other players COMBINED with the lack of voting. There’s a false sense of pressuring and scum hunting here. Honestly, if a lynch/flip of me is what it takes you to go after Puppy day 4, I’m all for it. But if you do vote for me, do it with the intentions of me flipping town (specifically a disloyal fruit vendor) that you will lynch Puppy.
@VP: to answer your question, Puppy is the person I most want lynched. Not sure what a Puppy flip will tell us in terms of potential partners, but Puppy I think is by far the most likely to flip scum.- mavsfan41

How about you vote midway with me to clear your name and implicate the last Scum to be between Puppy and hellbooks? In post 1738, mavsfan41 wrote:Alright, I want everyone to take a look at Puppy and tell me what you think. @Quick: how does midway clear me? Sure, he claims he doesn’t have any fruit, but again, he could have received them and not know what they were and brought that up. So relying on him to come out and say he has fruit is THE BIGGEST reason why I believe(d) some sort of “fruit checker” to be in the game. To expect scum to straight up admit they received fruit is truly flawed imo. I still think the most likely partner for Puppy is you. And we all KNOW you’ll be around tomorrow regardless. If you’re scum, you won’t be NK’ed and you’re super anti-town that scum will just opt for someone else to NK. Unless you’re townie plan is to survive to end game just being the most anti-town player ever and in end game, destroying scum like you’ve claimed. Is that part of Quick system?- Quick
