Did you come to a conclusion on this?In post 1873, Aloratom wrote:I need to look at this Tuxedo/copykat thing a little closer but that seemed to be more early game. I'm not so much for a Blair/Freddie hook today.
Also, I'm liking Blair, and still like the Lilith slot. I think a lynch of Gibus or Osuka slot is what I most support.- Nauci

She's paranoid about me because I was hyper-active in our last game together and I haven't been in this one.
To which I would counter: On multiple occasions I made substantial posts in this game and then remained the most recent poster for hours at a time. This is clearly a slow moving game, and it's the only game I'm in right now, so I haven't been checking the site as often.
Paranoia is hard to fake, so she's moving further up my town pile for now.“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation! A human being [...] cannot resist the opportunity to reveal himself and express his personality which conversation gives him. Every time he will give himself away.” -Hercule Poirot- Nauci

I honestly think that you are the best slot to lynch in the current game state.
I was really hoping that my naked vote would provoke some more activity in this dead game, but somehow everyone is scummily lurking except for the one slot I've sorted with confidence, so here's my case:
Blair is truly one of the best mafia players I've ever seen on the site. I'm not making this read based on lack of activity because there's been more activity here than from any other replacement slot. I'm doing so because of all of the interactions and events which have happened in this game, I think it's scummy for Blair to be pushing Gibus, and to do it in this way.
It just seems extremely suspicious to me for Blair to do little to no commentary on other major events of the game like the interactions with Tuxedo at the end of day 1, my analysis of the impossible scum pairings, Ironcat or Copycat's play which many people were scum reading them for, etc., Blair chooses to, IMO, largely misconstrue something Gibus did during an extended RVS period to build a "case" on. I'm skeptical of this "forseeing the Day 1 mislynch" read in the first place, but mostly, I don't like that her read is based on timing and mechanics of the votes.
I was town-reading Gibus on Day 1 because of some newbie mistakes that looked like they were definitely newbtown, but since the end of Day 1 and Day 2, they have made enough posts that make it difficult for me to buy the idea that Gibus is sufficiently newb to have done that as scum. There are many posts which make me think that Gibus wouldn't just pull a bunch of newb!scum moves even if they were scum, so this push/case felt like pretzel twisting for a narrative when Blair was otherwise struggling to fake cohesive reads. I happen to be townreading Gibus because of their read evolution on Lilith and because posts like 477, 1674, and 1675 have the sort of low-key confidence when pushed or pressured with questions that I see from town most of the time, not scum.
Also, based on the voting mechanic mentioned in 1802, Blair scumreads the Formerfish slot as much as Gibus, but voted Gibus because
Since then, Gibus has answered her on one of the foundations of the case and dipped out of the thread, but she has not pivoted to pressuring Battle Mage at all. Based on what people have said about Battle Mage, it makes me think that A: Blair was content with the amount of activity she dumped in the thread before everyone went AWOL to skate by the rest of the day, and B: she would much rather 1v1 Gibus than Battle Mage where her conviction behind the scum read would be more thoroughly challenged. In post 1802, Blair wrote:I'll start here because Gibus is still here to talk to us about the above
On top of my scumread of Blair's activity thus far, I think that of any player in this game, the Freddie slot has formed the most associations (and disassociations) which would give us info about Tuxedo, Formerfish/Battle Mage, and BBmolla/Osuka. I found Freddie's claim NAI. I didn't believe the speculation about being coached to do it, but I also don't see why the explanation for why she did it (mobile posting without having seen the posts following the one saying she should claim? And something about not being good at lying <about being a PR?>) would make her more likely to be town than scum.
I was also wanting to see if Dunnstral has the courage of their convictions to scum read here, and if they're actually willing to push it to a lynch, or if it's just a distancing move. If Freddie/Blair is scum, then I extremely don't think they could be partnered with Formerfish/Battle Mage, Osuka/BBmolla, Tuxedo, and certainly not Alortom/Votato.
@Alortom: thoughts? Also, do you have your own reads on Osuka/BBmolla, or is your willingness to lynch there today entirely dependent on or in agreement with your predecessor? In addition, Osuka blinked in the face of more information on the Votato/Freddie scum read (based on reasoning from Lilith and I, IIRC) while Formerfish did not. Does this make her more or less likely to be scum than Formerfish?- Nauci

Blair just replaced in, so analyzing the VCs first makes sense. I feel like it's a bit harsh to scumread her for misconstruing something I did as she just came, but I see your point. In post 1888, Nauci wrote:

@Gibus if you won't vote Blair for being new why aren't you voting me? The only not new player in your lynch pool.
Sorry I haven't commented much. I was expecting more of concrete catch up posts from the replacements, but it seems they've all pricked pretty specific moments from all over the game they feel like talking about. Not to disparage their play, they're all experienced players. Just really giving me difficulty reading any of them and engaging. Also part of my town read for Blair as they stepped out of their playstyle to give a read list I asked for.- Tuxedo Mask

I'll be honest, this is the reason. The reread was miserable and nobody feels like dwelling on it.In post 1892, Tuxedo Mask wrote:@Nauci, I think it's just a long game with pages and pages of pretty toxic fighting that isn't even solving related. Just a bit of a slog to read.
I was hoping to get enough interaction from my Gibus/BM push to start developing more robust reads there because all the bickering in Day 1 felt so disconnected from the actual game (personality conflicts) that it's hard to know which posts to develop reads from and which posts are just empty vitriol.“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation! Aloratom has felt somewhat "off" since I subbed in, but I need consultation because I can't decide if it's Aloratom being scum or Aloratom being Aloratom.
Tuxedo seems to be focused more on clarifying and answering questions about the game state than solving the game state, but with what a dumpster fire this game turned into before Replacemageddon™ I can't decide if it's a well-meaning attempt to steer the game back on track or just scum avoiding scumhunting.“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation! We are just a little over 24 hours from deadline now, so it's probably time to start consolidating wagons. There are three non-me players with votes on them right now, and one of them is Nauci, whom I am townreading. That's going to be a hard-pass.
One of them is Gibus, whom I am already voting, and no one seems keen to join me today.
That leaves Dunnstral. I'm null on Dunnstral right now, because he hasn't really done anything to set off my radar, but he also hasn't done much period. He's said a lot without saying much of anything if you catch my drift. If I can't have Gibus, Dunn will do.
VOTE: Dunnstral
This is L-2.
If anyone wants to last minute power wagon Gibus with me I'm keen for it.“There is nothing so dangerous for anyone who has something to hide as conversation!
