R2R feels stagnant and had a bad switch onto midway and it feels like he's coasting and letting lynches just happen + I really do think D1 hard busses are fully plausible and they happen not infrequently.

VP Baltar seems to me to be setting up to lay down a Dunn vote but wants to be more careful about it plus it feels like he's letting the quick hammer argument (which I don't find compelling at all) completely redirect him from his gameview yesterday which seemed to be that me and midway were the scummiest people (and now there's not a mention of me) + has not really posted anything to escape my POE pool for a full day phase

Puppy and votato are a tier above those two; Puppy's play was good yesterday but it's definitely plausible for scum to pull out some effortful play in response to pressure, votato I wrote off yesterday bc of his reaction to mavs claim had me thinking he had claimed PR, the bussing comment is hella weird but probably has very slight town vibes

For me it wasn't quickhammering in and of itself (which is why I didn't agree when puppy made the case yesterday). It's the fact that he had given no reasoning or read or any indication that he was going to come in and hammer at all.

The scummy motivation is that you see momentum building on a wagon on yourself, people are starting to ask about a case on you, and you have 2 votes close to the end of the day, so in order to take the pressure off yourself, you quickhammer so that at worst you put off your lynch to another day, and at best you can maybe talk yourself out of it the next day and get the attention on someone else. Especially since he had said nothing about his read on midway whatsoever in the past

In fact, Dunn has already admitted in part that he had this motivation, that he was paranoid about the pressure on him and didn't want it to continue.

I agree that NKA can be a lot of WIFOM, and I actually posted it more to see if scum were trying to run with that angle, but it doesn't look like they are. It does make me wonder why they decided to go for a claimed VT, and I think they may be going for the angle of trying to force suspicion onto other people.

I had a whole post written up about this but didn’t want to sound LAMIST (what up VP?). I’m actually kind of offended I wasn’t the NK and how the most anti-town person was... does that mean I’m more anti-town than Quick? Is that why they were like “mavsfan41, pft, please, dude’s all over the place.” WIFOM: left me alive cause scum!Puppy figures killing me would heavily implicate him or scum!someone else left me alive knowing I had some Puppy blood lust and I am anti-town and my reads are all wrong. Could be either, idk.

Tbh, at this point I’m sorta second guessing everyone. R2R has been probably the most confirmed town for awhile, dude is still alive. VP/Quick emerged as the pseudo town leaders in day 3. Puppy is either scum or mislynch fodder. Dunn is similar to R2R but less confirmed with the Quick hammer. I’d ask if Dunn delivered a quick hammer under the protection of an assumed townie, but assumed townie didn’t happen till day 2 after Gamma flipped scum. The NPOM was before that, so yes, Dunn had a history prior.

Anyway, Idk how y’all feel, but I’m a-okay have a PR come out if they believe they had a guilty at this point rather than push someone trying to keep their role on the DL. As far as I’m concerned, I’ll like vote Puppy/Dunn and see what happens after a flip....

I still feel pretty good about Dunn, this is the right Lynch today and after two suspicious quickhammers with scum defenses. If I'm weong I won't even feel bad about it.

Maybe this is just my votato tunnel again, but I'm a little concerned that he's so easily switched to Dunn. Then again he had started switching yesterday.and I don't think scum would have wanted another lunch besides the midway that was lined up.

Someone give me a Dunn case outside of the hammer. Sure, they look sketchy af, but WIFOM, scum wouldn’t do that twice cause they know how sketchy it is. His progression to midway was bs. I’ll agree with that. His progression day 3 from votato to puppy I think is fair. I’ll hafta look through him in way more detail, but if you make the claim that Dunn is scum, then his vote on Gamma was an early bus to gain town-cred. His 1175 appears fishing for town-cred. I still believe Occam’s razor is that scum!Dunn wouldn’t actually bus his scum mate there. Blair’s post wasn’t convincing at all to the point where before she came out and said she had a confirmed guilty, she had more votes than Gamma. Scum voting Gamma when Dunn did makes absolutely no sense. I don’t think fishing for town-cred in that scenario makes sense. That would be a preemptive town-cred vote. I agree some of Dunn’s actions have appeared scummy, but this preemptive town-cred bus’ing of Gamma I’m having a really hard time buying.

The Gamma vote is null imo. Scum could not have known that early Blair case was going to conclude in a claim and a guilty. Scum could sheep Blair knowing they'd get to move that vote later, not knowing th e phase would get cut short
