Why does it look like that, Raya? I'm just voicing any suspicions I have. He's not my top scumread, and I actually like his recent responses to me, though it took me several tries to read and understand what he was saying.

Doesn't he look like obvious mislynch bait to you? The post I quoted earlier was very obviously from town but people are still for some reason pushing him as scum

I guess the way they word things does make them lynchbaity. I don't think that post you quoted was towny though. Scum can more likely to not take a stance and leave their options open. Why do you think scum!turtle has motive to scumread Ghost and agree with you, or scumread you and agree with Ghost, when they can just take a middle ground and argue with you against the logic without giving a read on either? It means they can be flexible later.

Wait, really?? I've been playing around things like serial killers and cult leaders for as long as I can remember in newbie games. I thought anything considered normal could be in these games.

For the record, my cult leader read was Snowblaze, and my serial killer read was gibus. My jester read was Elmo.

Well when two players are attacking each other like that and scumreading each other it's very easy for scum to swoop in and take a side and help it build traction. It's a good way to set up a mislynch. That's something I would probably do at least. And the statement from Pi that Ghost was scummy but that doesnt make him scum doesnt come from scum. If scum saw someone in a TvT act scummy they would push them for being scummy.

Since day is already about to end in 3 days (2 days and 19 hours exactly since this post) and I'm finding a replacement for Ghost Ganster, I think it's reasonable to freeze the deadline until I find one, so the replacement would have enough time to catch up before end of day. I asked PenguinPower about this if it's a logical decision to do, so unless he's against the idea, I'm going to pursue this.

to, just like you did. 217 reads like rising suspicion of Pi and I wouldn't be surprised to see it accompanied or shortly followed by a vote, but after Raya's 235 makes it clear she finds that post scummy you immediately clarify you're not actually scumreading Pi all that much or preparing to vote him. You never literally wrote "raaahhrr I'm scumreading you strongly now" but overall the post comes off like you're pushing a case that he's scum, and then you back off it at the first sign of disapproval.

Pretty confident in my townread of the Ghost slot. Also haven't seen anything to make me question my townleans on pi and Raya. Still paranoid about Hectic for some reason.

Kind of conflicted on Homura, I don't quite know what to make of her reaction to my misinterpretation.

This makes sense, but I’m still confused about the part where you said that I was not even your top scumread, and yet you pushed me as scum the hardest in your catch up. Did you decide just based on my responses that I was no longer your top scumread? Who is your top scumread right now?

Elmo is still my top scumread. There was nothing from Elmo during my catchup so my read on her is unchanged, if not slightly worse I guess for the lack of activity.
