Town absolutely can counterclaim you if you're scum. You might claim a role which doesn't fit with one of the town PR's roles. There's a reason the newbie setup is built this way, and why it's standard practice to fullclaim. Because scum can be counterclaimed unless they get lucky. I really don't like how you're trying to get away with this.

A Cop, Tracker, or Mason could counterclaim, because there is no setup with two different roles from that set. 7/9 setups have a Cop, Tracker, or Mason.

This is correct and exactly why you need to full claim. If you're town it sucks because you out your role but you're likely to get lynched anyway if you refuse to claim. If you're scum than you're flailing en. And that vote on snow then back to hectic looked like flailing to me.

This does absolutely nothing useful except re-open the door for Snowblaze to try and claim VT in the future. No one else is going to cc me, and even if I were scum there is no good reason to get a second cc.

After thinking about it, this could be TMI. Hectic says there's no "other" PR that can counterclaim me, but neglects the possibility that someone other than myself could be a Cop or Tracker. Did you forget I was scum for a minute there?

I don't know who you're mixing me up with, Umlaut, but I never fakeclaim. It's incredibly anti-town and frankly a bannable offence.

The "other" there is in reference to the "any town PR" bit before that.

The point is that you assumed no one else in the game could have an investigative role, which only makes sense if you believe/know mine is genuine.

Oh, I see what you mean. I didn't notice cop can't be paired with investigatives. Tracker could if you count Jailkeeper as a sort of investigative.
