My goal this game is to try not to do anything too stupid on day 1.

This post is more likely to come from newbtown than newbscum in my opinion.

I think https://forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopic.p ... 5#p5474325 makes a pretty good argument for mass claiming lovers day 1.

This is the post I was referring to. It's very pro-town to claim lovers that way we know who we're lynching and we're on more even playing grounds compared to scum for info. Sleeper being the first to suggest this makes me think he's town.


The rest of his play just comes off as newbtown. I don't see any scum motivation from him.

ok my early solve is {genghis, drew}. sleeper is 100% town, and so far both tux and holden are weak townreads.

I'm not convinced drew is town at all. I hope its not my paranoia getting the best of me but the push on votato/sleeper just doesnt seem natural

Kind of talked with Raya about it, I believe votato manipulated newb Sleeper into town reading him. Why would votato say this so early in the game? Wy would Sleeper think your Lover should automatically town read you?

And yes, technically I am pushing for the mislynch. Buti have said in here and in the Lovers PT, lots of scum equity here, and Sleeper has done a hell of a lot here to possibly be the scum between those lovers

You realize, that not hitting scum D1 makes it almost impossible for town to win in this setup right.

Literally, follow my lead on D2 and at least you have a slight chance.

I guess I'm a tiny bit afraid I've been pocketed by votato because I've never experienced it in forum mafia. But not really.

I keep having niggling doubts about him but when I reassess the town read gets stronger.... based on meta this makes me feel like he is doing the same to me, which is townie.
