Also I agree town was strong but I think it was banking on the wifom of we don’t know who stopped the kill. Because that’s what I struggled with mostly lol

It really is as easy as:

1) a bit of obligatory analysis and then a panic bus
2) blindly lynch all claimed PRs and hope they hit scum, without any attempt to scrutinise outside of that pool
3) ???
4) swoop in

I don’t think there was any way to stop this from being a steamroll once it got started. Town played too well. I’ll give the setup the benefit of the doubt and just say there was too much positive feedback to overcome.

In ultimate we call it conservation of greatness. Mediocre player does something amazing? The next thing they do will bring balance back to the universe.

In reality I in no way expected a doc in a setup with a role blocker + gunsmith, especially after I knew I neutralized a kill. So your reaction to my block claim threw me off like you were trying to cast some doubt on it, and I got the same gut pang I got D1 on Klick. I also didn’t particularly love the Klick’s slot must be town because revolving door theory, so I trusted my gut and got myself dead.

Also, props to Bob for crumbing the fuck outta his role and me completely missing it D2, and then continuing the chain of sniping mafia kills.

If the kill was blocked then thats a good indication that the blocked player was scum.

If some claims roleblocker then ill back up their vote with mine.

This was an important game for me personally as I feel like I've gotten shafted in all of my games ever since I had my winning streak end and I took my hiatus.
Whatever the setups and reasonings, at least my reads were good.

Special mention to Prana who almost AtE'd me into submission.
Had their PoV and agenda been different last day, I likely wouldn't have tunneled them the way I did.

I had a similar read on Hoopla as I do on few other players on this site as well. I'm curious whether I've found a player I actually understand, but I look forward to playing with them in the future. Guess I'll see it then.

Town got lucky this game.
AGaR hitting scum N1 was not luck, it was an amazing insight.
And the snowball it create is the reason we ended up winning.
But Town got lucky because we had such a wide variety of good players who were able towntell and communicate together to put it all together.
