This is good, maybe make the magnifying glass grey in this instead of white?
Increase the spacing between the letters so that the glass only falls over the "i", that would help with the legibility issues.

I think playing with the orientation of the magnifying glass could make it a bit more discrete from the text
right now the handle is too close

im going to echo this and would prefer the NSG > Shaft.ed in this case.

NSG’s design here is my favourite of all designs so far but I do also like shaft.ed’s

I think this looks really good actually except if it was transparent, and therefore also didn't have those edges on the bloodstain.

Nah, the fact that the f and the a show up as town but the i is mafia is what makes the logo great.

Sorry, I meant of the mafBlack skin. If its background color needs to change slightly to make a logo work more consistently across all the skins or etc.

Yes I realized that after comparing it to the second one, but I also thought it would be hard for randos on the street to understand it. I was thinking of something that would make for a better t-shirt.

In that case having just the dot be red and having the rest of the i wear a suit/tie would indicate that it is at least a person. I think people like the simplistic look more though.
