I find Psyche very interesting and I think this means he is probably town. Usually, I find mafia can try and look boring so we don't look at them too closely.

bugspray looks like mafia to me and I think the best play would be to quickly execute them and end the day now before the mafia learn more about the town's power roles.

I am not sure about osuka yet. If he is town, I think he will be more suspicious of me like he was in the last game so I am waiting to see what he thinks.

I am still suspicious of Nash as it seems to me like he's trying to shoot down arguments for why I'm town and wants to try and execute me today or maybe on a future day. He reminds me of how Glitch was acting in my first game early on. I would be okay with him claiming before we execute bugspray if enough people agree with this.

just as a side note osuka has an interesting style reflected here and in the rest of his iso that seems simultaneously self-conscious (really attentive to how his posts appear) and irreverent (apathetic about coming off as coarse). strikes me as a conflict, potentially even a little disingenuous, but could easily prove innocuous.

I'd hazard to say he deliberately put off his vote so it wouldn't seem contradictory to include his statements and a vote in the same post. Instead he just separates it by (1) response from osuka.
I do agree with Psyche's evaluation of osuka's posts being "self-conscious". Whereas I would've pushed based on that, Psyche didn't. Which is. A choice, I guess. But again, Psyche deliberately softened it.

this just seems like omgus. it's overly reductive, too. not much in it that i can actually appreciate. i still like my vote.

Now here's the thing. As emotional (deliberately so I think, as I'll touch on later) as osuka's response is, I agree with it to an extent. Psyche's thing here was pretty baseless. The way he's been pushing osuka is half-assed, as shown here. He doesn't address the shit osuka pointed out at all.
It isn't until 35 posts after #215 that he properly evaluates osuka at all, in #255

I think psych-osuka has a good probability of having at least 1 town.
The whole thing seems very OMGUSy to me and Osuka being more reactionary than chernoblyl definitely contributed to that. I think that's just his style though - I read it as Psych kind of offhandedly started prodding him and got caught up in the OMGUS, it doesn't seem very SVS or manufactured to me.

I bet it's to refrain from putting too many big players next to ya scum buddy, so you picked the least active one on your town list and kicked him down a notch. Funny, "least active". In other words, "most lurker-ish".
Defending "reasonable arguments for why you yourself are scum" is also not a good look. You're siding yourself with your own town reads.
Breakdown: Gypyx voted Walter. Nash asked Gypyx why Walter. Walter said Nash was downgraded in his reads for "not understanding why my lurking would be scummy." This is defending Gypyx's views, therefore their town authority.
It's kind of funny because, Nash was asking why Walter's posts were bad, he wasn't questioning the scum-weight of lurking. Walter misinterpreted his response it seems.

Simultaneously, no one except Walter had shown a good opinion of osuka yet afai remember.
If people are going to have negative opinions of both, it's best people see it as one or the other.
All that, and the generous reads of osuka that Psyche was giving. Combined with osuka's ott OMGUSy-ness, as noticed by many now.
