there could very well be a misreading of tone on either side here but if what you are getting from me is that I think you are being aggressive then I'm not so sure

I ISO’ed Clarity really quickly. I had Clarity as Lean Scum at first but I feel bad about that read now. Clarity is a bit null to positive for me. The vote on me via process of elimination I can’t really object to (though I would be interested in them maybe expanding on what you think has been Towny from Bellaphant and The Bulge), and otherwise they seem to be trying to figure out the game.

How is Clarity's TR on me different from BP's?

I think it's too early to have hard stances. What makes you think I'm detached?

@walter, it was mainly pressure, but also when I did my reads you and him were my least 'contenty' read, but we'd had a positive interaction where you followed me up on something. After, His scum read of me seemed weak and when I asked him about it, his reaction was disproportionate

@bulge, I just think you've added a lot of motive that isn't there. You aren't in my elim pile today. Maybe I am more pa than aggressive, but snap

I sometimes reread my old scum games as town

I haven't rolled scum yet since my most recent hiatus

except for this game

But if I were to roll scum I'm probably also in a town game already concurrently so I like to post in both threads in a similar timeframe to blur the line between my scum and town mindset

You’re talking about the “maybe Nash too” in 298? It’s a lot weaker, since it’s entirely based on you “moving the game forward”. I also feel like you could have easily answered that. That read didn’t even register with me the first time I read that post - it’s a bit of a throwaway.

My SR of you is weak, but yours wasn’t? You admitted to simply voting for me for pressure, and then you hardened your stance purely based on me being suspicious of you because you seemingly had a read that was “strong but not strong“ on a player that most others can’t get a handle of. What about my gameplay or which posts of mine make you think I’m Scum? I’m an open book - ask away.

My issue is before you reacted to my vote , I found it hard to remember anything you'd said. I tend to find that slots that leave me with static end up being scum, because scum often don't want to be controversial/make the big pushes. Its why I had an issue with your vote for me beinf something already discussed - it's not new and doesn't move the thread forward..your rspksne to this response was quite ...a lot.

My original point /question still stands - has nothing else stood out?

I did not react to your vote. I thought you were possible Scum and voted you. And of course you couldn’t remember much of what I had said, since the Day has been relatively sleepy and I had not posted all that much.

How does anything that I’ve said or posted more recently jibe with your view that Scum don’t make controversial/big pushes? And why does agreeing with someone else’s logic mean that I’m hiding behind them all of a sudden? I’m not. My response isn’t quite a lot. That’s a rubbish way of dismissing what I’m saying. And your last question just shows that you’re not really reading most of what I’m posting, since a cursory glance through my posts would clearly reveal that there’s other things I’m focusing on.

Sorry, must have missed that. Bella is mostly from her tone during the early game. Bulge I'm not too sure about - he's not as strong a read as some of the others, and I'll re-evaluate his slot when I get chance to properly read tomorrow morning.

The mini-duel between them feels towny from its... mostly pointlessness. I guess would be the best way to describe it? Not really. I'm not entirely sure what I'm thinking here.
