Yes it didn't happen - but my point is that I tried to move it in that direction - specifically I defend dsjtr with the following logic:

Town-Dsjtr was a low hanging fruit lynch. (he turned out to be)

I literally said "I think he's low hanging fruit" and "I don't think scum-dsjtr has the deception level needed to offer himself up as a lynch" because dsjtr felt like a noob player to me - I then re-read literally like all his games from this year and datamined them for posting patterns and re-iterated my opinion that scum-dsjtr does not make the "offer myself as a lynch" play because he's not that sophisticated of a player and his play in previous games do not show that level of deception as scum.

There is no reason for scum-Pooky to make these points and offer himself up to be lynched instead - that's literally trying to get rid of a mis-elim for scum to set myself up as the lynch instead ? Like that makes 0 sense strategically for scum Pooky.

Yes you guys did not listen to me - but when I made these posts - I couldn't have KNOWN that you would decide to not listen to me. What if you guys had listened to me and said hey Pooky makes a good point, dsjtr is too noob to make the lynch-offer gambit- and decided to lynch Pooky instead of dsjtr? That would really screw Pooky-scum over hard - confirm tw as town and you guys might even not lynch dsj today if you think Pooky's play clears him.

I don’t know how dsjtr doesn’t get executed in any case because if it literally weren’t for PoE, I could see both you and duckling as TPRs specifically because of mfd mechanic but because of PoE and since it makes 0 sense for there to be a tw/Pooky scumteam, only one of you can be telling the truth but it’s less clear to me than SS/Dats. Dats is so super townie so I’m worried if we execute one of tw/you and get it wrong, we autolose.

when I offered myself up to be lynched instead of dsj - I thought dsj would be a LHF mislynch and I also thought I would be a liability at lylo - me getting lynched instead of him helps avoid both those scenarios - it also gets datisi to move his head out of his death-tunnel as well as casts doubt on TW's PR.

that's why it makes sense for me to offer myself as a lynch on the day before lylo because the info game off me flipping green was a lot higher than dsj flipping green.

it makes no sense for me to offer self-lynch if I'm flipping red.

it's not a bluff because I have no idea how you guys would react to it.

the crux of my case was that dsjtr as scum does not have the sophistication or deception necesary to offer himself up as a lynch.

I then cite all his past games.

Skitter read those games and came up with the belief that DSJ replacing out is a fatalism thing that he's doing this time by offering to die. She just as easily could've read those games and said "hmm pooky's right, dsj is not a very smart or clever player as scum and is unlikely to do a self-lynch gambit"

There is NO WAY I would know how skitter would react to my case before I posted it.

idk. bodayguard + friendly neighbour + two named townies + MFD goon (which turns out ~neutral for scum overall) makes a lot of sense to me as a setup.

I can tell you for a fact that anytime I have interacted with people like Raven when I am town they turn out to be town. That is my strongest read, unfortunately I became irrational when thinking that I was going to end up ruining the game for town.
