Maybe it's because I believe Farren is scum a little more than Dunnstral but I guess I didn't think through this logic you're saying.
Dunnstral doesn't look like he responds to pressure anyway though so I think my vote might be more useful.

This looks like someone not remembering their emotional state very well for the time they cast a vote
