Bell, I individually townread both of you. You're just very genuine in tone and progressions. Isis is for similar reasons. Honestly though, when I say it out loud like that, I realise I'm townreading Isis for really bad reasons and should probably reread her.

Farren, if GuiltyLion is scum, then I look for his partner since we would need to get them to win. I can't exactly remember who's been pushing who though, and don't think it's a good use of time to look for preflip associations.

The point of this is: if you have an idea of what someone would do as scum, it follows that you should have an idea of what they would do as Town, if you're trying to genuinely figure out if they're Town or scum. Those ideas may be wrong - but right or wrong, they should still be present.

Another point of this is: you have an idea of who scum|Me's possible partner is - Ydrasse. That tells me you've been thinking about partner possibilities - which means that logically, if you're trying to evaluate GuiltyLion vs. me, I'd expect you to have an idea for who his potential partner is, given that you had an idea for my potential partner.

If you don't think pre-flip associations are worth looking at, that's understandable - but then why do you have pre-flip associations for me? Or do you?

Still another point of this - and this touches on the "interrogation" thing - Town screws up. Town makes mistakes. Town even contradicts themselves from time to time. This isn't supposed to be a "gotcha!" game where you screwed up! lockscum! etc etc. This is more about seeing how you react to those mistakes. And the lens that you're looking through. Are you trying to figure out the truth, or obscure it?

I don't remember you in any of my previous games - was it as a different player? Which game were you in?

Whether or not I joke around is mostly a mood thing, I'd say. If I'm in a good mood, I'm more likely to do stuff like that. That'll vary on a day-to-day basis - although it can be affected by the game itself. Right now, for example, I'm trying to focus myself to get over that "lost and adrift" bit I mentioned earlier. I'm also realizing that I need to stop posting here and do some stuff that doesn't involve the computer. Reality rears its ugly head again. So will resume this later.

Iso him, he joked around mid-late day and I felt kind of the opposite here where I felt he was contradicting himself when he claimed he would be super analytical all game, but never brought it up until today really.
