once again, notscience tries to look pro town, but their actions have all been targeting rather obvious VT's imo

though like andres said, with so many inactives/replacements I'm almost hesitant to kill someone that is actively keeping up with the game, this is getting kind of ridiculous. Are all mafia games like this?

Not 100% on the roles of andre and bulge. Was more referring to how Notscience led a wagon against IV, who seemed an obvious vt in my eyes. I think bella is scummy and still null on bulge. Notscience is still my biggest scum lean and has been from the start. I think andres is a VT and scum notscience is possibly partnered with a scum bella and led a wagon against her to seem more pro-town by going against their partner. Now that the wagon is so close, they want to back out and hammer a random VT to end the day; in this case andres. I think shelly is town and I think Bell is town too (moreso town Bell and less sure on shelly). I could also see a scum bulge / scum Notscience. When we flip one more person I'll reread but for now I'm open to killing Bella, Notscience, thebulge, or possibly shelly if that's the direction town heads and we need a kill before deadline, but would prefer a Notscience elim. I won't vote against andres; or vote against Bell for that matter too.

Today we’ve had you and Andres wagoned to c-1 and I don’t think your slot claimed. You’re no longer at c-1. I derailed Andres after claiming intent because AtE is a bitch and I don’t think scum claims VT in his situation

I’m personally PoEing the game to your slot bulge and Andres but have shifty eyes at joyed.

Joyed is tunneling me but willing to clown the people I want if it means they can auto vote the next day.

Shelley and bell both seem town.

Bulge isn’t giving me the warm fuzzies but also not the creepy crawlies but I think the lack of the warm fuzzies is more telling?

IV was a last minute wagon by me because his lackadaisical attitude throughout the day rubbed me the wrong way

can u sell me on shelley and bell town? & do you think joyed's tunnel on u is town indicative or is it something else about him that's bumped him out of the POE? why do you think it's unlikely scum would claim VT then AtE out of an elim in this gamestate? not sure i disagree, but andres is an experienced player. i'm just really interested in your brain thoughts here.

I liked both of their predecessors. I think bells had a pretty genuine thought process and I think Shelly has been just the right amount of paranoid. I also townreads both of their predecessors.

Joyed nearly tripped a scumtell of mine on entrance. I liked Nash’s posting. I originally thought joyed was too scummy to be scum and such a weird game outlook seems unlikely for scum. They said they’d auto vote me tomorrow if we don’t hit scum today and candidly given my townread them I’d rather not lose the game to that dumb shit. I’ve tried reasoning but it’s falling on deaf ears.

The read is weird. They have two people townread because they’re too scummy to be scum and I’m his scumread because I look town. Literally. ISO him I’m serious.

I think it makes much more sense for scum to force a claim out of the remaining PR. I also am typically a sucker for AtE so that’s not helping.

notscience there's something about your posting on this page that's making it really hard for me to commit to a read of you. it feels like you have thoughts, and things have occurred to you about other players through the game, but your actual reads feel.. kind of surfacy, or attributed to very minor things. i also don't have a sense of trajectory (which isn't surprising, since i just replaced in).

which is to say thank you for helping me increase my gamestate awareness, but i don't really have a read on you yet.

keep in mind that I am a newbie, that being said ...

Shelly town - Less sure on this one myself. They seemed newbie and genuine and not afraid to push but also very agreeable, as Bell said. I don't want to elim them today when scummier people are walking around. I plan on rereading everything they said and analyzing them during the night phase, however.

Bell town - Have been very insightful and pro-town, posting often, asking the most useful town questions, and haven't really said or done anything scummy in my eyes. They come across as genuinely trying to solve the most. If they are scum, then at the very least, they are playing extremely well and only time I might vote for them currently is if they did a really scummy thing or if it was ELO with me, bell, and someone else with 1 maf. And in that case, I'd have to think long and hard before I voted Bell.

I've posted a lot on why I'm tunneling Notscience, haven't really changed much on my opinion and their defense seems scummy too, and comes off as fake townie to me.

Andres, well, seems too scummy to be scum, with the exception of being really agressive like a how I think a VT should be, and not posting as much, even with an ATE like you said. Since he is experienced, if he is scum, then he is acting like scum to get away with being scum, do you think the other newbies would WIFOM like that? I'd think not; most newbies would probably call him out on being scummy and wagon him with newbie majority; that gambit is too risky for anyone but a VT (I also did something similar as a town role) in a newbie game. So therefore, he is probably town.

Please keep in mind that I'm working off exactly the posts since my first post; the deadline is skinny so I'll do as much rereading as possible but my early reads are going to come from interacting with people in-thread. I haven't played with notscience before, and think the reads he stated could likely come from either alignment without too much difficulty.

It's not that I have no opinion on them; I have an opinion on them and that opinion is "uh idk". That sounds like nonsense but I hope the semantic distinction helps you understand why I am choosing to hedge there.
