wiki says yes. i can definitely see where noobtown would think "oh someone scumreads me? im town tho, and i know im town, and so they must know too and so if they think im scum they must be scum." i can also see the scum motivation where fake scumhunting is hard, but getting in a shitfight gives a good excuse for a vote. i think all four of those votes were weak, omgus or not.
