I think it comes down to the lack of a strong scumread or two. I usually generate reads via interaction and there's a swatch of players who it's been almost impossible to interact with because they're not around. The ones who are interacting more closely are varying shades of townreads.

Of course there are investigatives, you snarky clownfuck. This is a Upick. And there are any number of servants for whom that role fits fine. I'm not talking about a 100% flavor fit, I'm asking if it's plausible that Shielder fucked up their claim. Again. I'm fairly satisfied they did. Try reading my post next time.

Shielder's claim seems to hold up to my scrutiny. I think all of the claimed abilities plausible to likely, with the exception of Lord Camelot - Fortress of the Distant Utopia, which I see as unlikely... but confirmable

I disagree with this and your 2068. Lancer mysteriously swapped their read on you in 507 for ~reasons~ after they'd been arguing for you-scum three posts prior (459). That looks anything but organic to me. WRT them talking to/about Caster, Lancer's 1967 had some meat to it, the first content we'd seen in some time. However, Lancer only expanded slightly on what I'd written about Caster, essentially citing "hey, yeah, I thought they were town too, but IDK cause there wasn't anything to me townreading Caster except goodfeels". No town points for something I'd literally just said. I don't give them any points for the interaction with Caster thereafter, either. What is it you're seeing that I'm missing?

I don't think the emotion is false in this instance, I just think it can just as easily come from being a boxed wolf.

(To be clear, IF Shielder and Caster are both town, this looks bad, and I'm considering that possibility at the moment and looking at what scum is trying to do around the wagons.)

If they're both town I look like a shithead in my notes. We vote out one and either flips green, I wipe the slate clean tomorrow and start over from page 1. I think there's been enough pushes and prods and movement from me temporarily taking shielder off the table for us to be able to look at what peopl were doing.

hmmm. I still pretty much think this is a scum lurker game. With 2 scum in the bottom post half and with one above, maybe.

If you count Beast as a lurker, I could go for this.
