Re: the hydra comment, it wasn't dislike per se, just that there was a decent amount of confusion with regards to who said what (and with IV, who was even part of the hydra/playing in the game), and it was hard for me to follow (and probably even harder for +J to follow).

We also played in Board Game uPick: Expansion, where you faked a guilty on RC. I was town and not in a hydra then; I believe it was a little after the all-hydra scum game. I don't remember what my playstyle was like in that game, I think it was at least a bit different because I remember having multiple confident scumreads and that doesn't sound like modern me

Better would be if you could select a specific issue you either have an opinion on, or think I might have an opinion on, and we can discuss that issue relatively in-depth.

To be clear, if you made a Venn diagram of the games both heads of this hydra (Cabd and Fferyllt) have played that included in some form at least one of Notscience, Borkjerfkin, Guy In Freezer, ZmuffinMan, Innocent Villiager, Prism, Bulge, and maria? It would likely be a single circle.


We have tens of games with each other, and Meta is playing an outsized role in some of our interactions.

Hard disagree that there is no solve effort.

Frankly, I feel I’ve done a lot more in my short time than most players already.

You just don’t see the invisible effect I have on a game, which is understandable based on your limited exposure with me.

If I were hard pushing solve analysis this early, the game wouldn’t be able to breathe.

I mean that we're using reads and tells that are player-specific built up over the past 8 years or so.

I want the three I mentioned to be all town, and I don’t think it’s impossible. I am actively pushing away my gut feeling of one scum in Morph, Remelia, Bell.

I like SS for town, but I could be biased based on our history, however, similar things happened before, however I was also getting pushed down as well in that game.

I disagree, I think the prism vote feels like a scum vote. Bulge is my main SR atm

Prism's comment about having no thoughts on the game is a towntell that I like to use. But, this seems like the kind of game where that would be an easy thing to do as scum who's not part of the meta circle, so I'm hesitant to assign townpoints to it. (And I'm not really sure how much of a towntell it actually is, though I have seen it be right in the past.)

Other than that Prism seems pretty unwilling to do anything at all to avoid pressure. I would suspect that that's just a Prism MO, but it's possibly a towntell.

I haven't played with Prism, discounting a game that was abandoned immediately after I replaced into it. I modded a game where they had a deadbeat scumteam and pulled off an extremely impressive scum win (in what was probably a somewhat townsided setup). I don't recall exactly why they got so townread but I think it had to do with faking really genuine-looking actions such as a self-vote. So that's probably a good sign since they seem the polar opposite of that here, but it was a long time ago.
